Dragging of T/f Tank to washing Zone its cleaning by jet pump and washing by caustic soda shifting to open space for drying Providing primer of red oxide on the inner and outer side of tank and painting inner side of T/fs including core channel and tie rod / core rods with heat proof zinc chromate paint and out side with two coats of synthetic grey enamel paint. The paint should be of Asian/Nerolec/Burger/ Dulux/British make only. Writing of PUC/ Unique No. of transformer readable paint color with the help of stencils design. (i) 10/16 KVA

Welding/ Tightening of nut and bolts of top cover of repaired T/f by electric welding filling Gap etc. properly including denting of tank if necessary and welding of MS plate 100x50x3 mm thick on the out side of the T/Fs contain unique no., capacity, name of the workshop etc. at proper place .
