Dismantling broken concrete/steel poles, any size complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L taking down of existing street light from item No 1 above and fixing on new poles complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 07 here-in-before but using old bricks obtained under srl item No 03 here in before.

Demolition of road, path, drain and concrete in ground floors, RCC/Brick wall (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) 250 mm Thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Trimming and cutting of tree branches (not more than 25mm girth) coming across LT over head line clearing the line around 2m single/both sides and disposal of branches from site exeeding 50m and not exceeding 250m from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Length of span is approx 25 to 50 RM. (ii) Due care is to be given while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there should no damage to over head line conductor/pole. In case due to any negligence, damage is caused to be make good/ renewal by the contractor from his own resources and nothing extra is admissible. (iii) All safety to labourer must be adhered by the contractor during trimming and cutting of tree branches.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:- Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

S&F in replacement of item No 1 Steel tubular poles of any type and supply & installing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of approx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate,PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed by E-in-charge. NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings . The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint total length inside and up to planting depth outside and remaining portion of pole painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement bracket for street light fitting complete with 1.5 to 2.2 mtr long 32/40mm dia GI pipe medium grade and including necessary mild steel clamp , nuts,bolts and wahsers and painting on steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint complete as as specified and directed.

Material and labour disconnecting faulty /burnt end or portion of cable by removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work , suitable size of thimble LT tap , relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing faulty/burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals for 25 Sqmm 3.5/4 core to 240 Sqmm 3.5 core of LT cable to LT Panel/pole/main switch complete all as directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement MCB DP , 40 Amps,50 Hz,10 KA,240 Volts complete all as directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement MCB SP , 6 to 32 Amps,50 Hz,10 KA,240 Volts complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.Incluiding MS clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nut,bolts & washer.

M&L for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminium paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.10 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Supply and fix in replacement outdoor type wall mounted Busbar chamber having 04 pole busbar of rating 200 amps fitted with MCCB 63 Amp, 4 pole , 25 KA, 50 Hz as incomer incuding suitable hole in bus bar for outgoing cable connection including suitable size nut bolt and fasyner complete all as directed at site by Engr -in-charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement of size not less than 400mm x 400mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 400 Amps aluminium bus bar and with 100 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 25 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level.

Supply drawing, connecting and testing of 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed copper conductor (flexible ) industurial cable, 1100 Volts conforming to IS 694 in steel tubular poles from KIOSK box to street light fitting including providing suitable copper lugs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing worn out/old/broken ACSR conductors of any size and length at any position from LT poles and supply, fixing and stretching new ACSR conductors of any size and type for over head LT poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for carrying out balance distribution of load on LT Lines by checking the existing load on the feeder (3 phase,4wire system) and accordingly shifting & connecting service cables to another phase conductor in accordance with balancing of Electric load. submit feeder wise report for before load balancing and after load balancing as per format given including maintenance of LT panel i.e. titning of all nuts, bolts, washers, clening of LT panel dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of LT PCC poles for cross arms, MS strap, nuts, bolts, washers, cable protection pipe wherever provided etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint and painting of bottom area of pole upto 2.1 m from ground level with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layer (30 cm wide) with black and yellow paint including writing pole numbers in white letter of approved size on black ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of item No 1 prestressed concrete poles of any type and supply & installing prestressed concret poles (9 mtr long) 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom (class 10) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate,PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed by E-in-charge. NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in concrete pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings . PCC poles for cross arms, MS strap, nuts, bolts, washers, cable protection pipe wherever provided etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint and painting of bottom area of pole upto 1.5 m from ground level with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layer (30 cm wide) with black and yellow paint including writing pole numbers in white letter of approved size on black ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm dia MS wire 75x75mm mesh, made upto into mattress or cages appx 2.0 mtr height and fixed with flate iron/angle by welding in position and directed including complete all as specified and directed. Note:- MS angle, MS flate, Nuts, Bolts and washer will be measured and paid sepretly.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint of silver colour on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for MS work of angles for post and struts of fencing around transformer plinth etc drilling holes, flate iron fillet for securing wire mess by welding to angle iron frame and framed work as in door/ gate of angle and wire mess. Door to be fixed by 03 Nos 100mm long hinges and one sliding door bolt of 300mm long for locking arrangement complete all as specified including dismantling of old unserviciable MS work.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for sub floors, sub-bases, floors, foundation and paving etc complete all as specified and directed .

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
