Drilling and development of 02 No. wells with allied works for irrigation purposes at various of SKIMS

Transportation of the Drilling Rig unit/Equipments, tools & plants to the site of work through all kinds of roads, approaches, fields etc, complete in all respects rest of the details as per Annexure B of the e-NIT.

Rig Access Way Making & Fence Restoration: Carefully cutting and dismantling the required portion of the existing MS fabricated/grill park fencing using suitable gas cutting/welding equipment for creating a temporary access way for movement and positioning of the drilling rig and allied machinery rest of the details as per Annexure B of the e-NIT.

Drilling & Boring: Boring/drilling a straight borehole suitable for lowering and installation of 125 mm nominal diameter casing pipe using a standard light rotary/calweld rig up to 30 m depth through soft/semi-soft alluvial strata. Rate includes stabilization of walls, and collecting/logging strata charts. The yield of the well shall not be less than 700 litres per hour.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 mild steel screwed and socketed/plain ended rest of the specifications as per annexure B of the e-NIT

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 plain slotted (having slot size of 1.6/3.2 mm) mild steel threaded and socketed/plain bevelled pipes of 125 mm nominal dia, rest of the specifications as per annexure B of the e-NIT

Gravel Packing: Providing and packing graded, washed gravel/shingle (3mm to 6mm) conforming to IS: 4097 in the annular space between borehole and casing pipe.

Well Development: Development of the borewell with an air compressor or over-pumping unit to ensure a completely sand-free, clear water yield

Borewell Cap & Bottom Plug: Providing and fixing heavy duty threaded/locking well cap and MS bottom/bail plug to safeguard the well structure

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a new 3 HP (2.20 kW), 3-phase submersible pump set with copper winding, complete with all accessories and allied works required for proper functioning of the system. The work shall include lowering and installation of the submersible pumping unit in the bore well using suitable tripod stand, chain pulley blocks, and all necessary tools and tackles rest of the specifications as per Annexure B of the e-NIT.

Providing and fitting of 3 core × 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multicore copper conductor cable conforming to IS:694/IS:1554 from control panel to 3 HP standby water cooled bore well submersible pump set suitable for 230V, three phase, 50 Hz supply rest of the specifications as per Annexure B of the e-NIT.
