M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in electrical plate No.3 in SSR part 1 (2010 edition) connected to earthing test point,including 20 mm GI pipe (Medium grade) for watering and 40 mm GI pipe (Medium grade) for protection of earth strip and etc.. including testing on completion ,PCC chambers in PCC1:3:6 type C1, RCC M25 type cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT HCR/CRS steel bars at 140mm C/C both way and lifting handle GI funnel & wiremesh ,funnel,lugs and charcoal,salt etc all as applicable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) The rates quoted is inclusive of 32x6mm galvanised iron strip earth conductor upto a length of 7.5m from the earth pit.

Supply & fixing Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire or tape and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing High density poythelyne (HDPE) pipes PN 10 of pressure rating 6kgf/ sqm of size 75 mm for cable protection to be fixed in lift hoistway complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated double door for Distribution Board, VTPN 4 way DB with Degree of Protection IP 43 & 54 , Detachable Gland Plate, Box Insertion Marks •,Circuit Identification Label •,Neutral Link ,Earth Link , Tin Plated Copper Bus Bar With provision for MCCB as incomer and SP/TP MCB's as outgoing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) SP 6- 32 A in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TP 25 to 63 Amp 415V 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc., removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade single core drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit of 20 mm dia/ PVC Casing capping along with 1.5 sqmm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly fixed to wall/ ceiling roof with and including 1.6 mm thick MS sheet fabricated terminal boxes flush mounted for mounting the switches, sockets, fan regulator etc as required with 3mm thick laminated hylum sheet top cover all as specified and directed for :-

One light point controlled by one switch

One fan point controlled by one regulator / switch.

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 amps socket on independent board

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 amps socket on same board

Description all as per item No.13 here-in-before but with 4 sqmm cable for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board with 4 sqmm cable as earthing conductor.

Supply & fix in replacement Modular White cover plate with frame, 3 Module including taking down old unserviceable modular cover plate and removing the material for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement Modular White cover plate with frame, 6 Module including taking down old unserviceable modular cover plate and removing the material for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Modular metal flush box 3 module including taking down old unserviceable metal box removing the material for taking credit and making good the disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement Modular Metal flush Box 6 Module including taking down old unserviceable metal box removing the material for taking credit and making good the disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable submain wiring with aluminum /copper conductor cable 4/6/10/16 Sqmm in PVC conduit complete removing the materials and taken as credit and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring in replacement with two run single core 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 2.5 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 25 mm dia/PVC casing capping 25 mm including conduit accessories all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of 25mm conduit / casing capping will be measured as one unit length.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring in replacement with two run single core 4 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 4 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 25 mm dia/PVC casing capping 25 mm including conduit accessories all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of 25mmconduit / casing capping will be measured as one unit length.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with four runs single core 4sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and two runs of 4 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit, 32mm dia/PVC casing caping 32 mm and conduit accessories concealed/surface of wall/roof/ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Six runs of 4sqmm wire and one run of 32mm dia conduit/casing capping shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fix in replacement of exhaust fan heavy duty with louvers, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 450mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers including making holes in wall for installing exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED light fitting 1x 20 W, 220V,AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete including taking down old U/S fittings for taking into credit complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10W bulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size including taking down old U/S fittings for taking into credit complete all as specified and directed

SCHEDULE 'A'[ B/R WORKS] PHASE-I

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid and bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 18-20mm thick machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab in single piece with round nosing with three numbers of serration as in treads of steps for staircase laid over cement screed bed and jointed with grey cement slurry with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for machine cut pre polished kota stone 15-18 mm thick (single peice in raiser of steps), skirting, dado and pillar laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including cutting and mirror polishing over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement Plaster , any description, on brick walls or stone walls,etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in two coats of (10 mm thick on first coat and 5mm thick in second coat) on fair faces of birck work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with WPC @3% by wt of cement on second coat complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaes in CM (1:6) and finised even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on ceiling on soffits and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered / concrete surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over 3mm thick birla wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick machine cut,Granite stone slab (of any type)(table rubbed and polished) in steps,jambs, pillars, windows, cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

PHASE-II (FIRST YEAR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF 8 PASSENGERS LIFT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT AS PER SERIAL ITEM No. 03 AFTER EXPIRY OF DEFECT LIABILTY PERIOD.)

Comprehensive maintenance of Electrically Operated 8 passenger lifts (02 Nos) to serve G+3 upper floors all as mentioned vide SI No. 03 of BOQ during 1st year after expiry of defects liability period complete all as specified and directed

PHASE-III (SECOND YEAR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF 8 PASSENGERS LIFT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT AS PER SERIAL ITEM No. 03 AFTER EXPIRY OF DEFECT LIABILTY PERIOD.)

PHASE-IV (THIRD YEAR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF 8 PASSENGERS LIFT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS CONTRACT AS PER SERIAL ITEM No. 03 AFTER EXPIRY OF DEFECT LIABILTY PERIOD.)

Comprehensive maintenance of Electrically Operated 8passenger lifts (02 Nos) to serve G+3 upper floors all as mentioned vide SI No. 03 of BOQ during 3rd year after expiry of defects liability period and after completion of second year Comprehensive Maintenance all as specified and directed

Schedule of credit amount brought back from Ser Page No 39 - Rs. 7270.00 will be deducted from the above quoted amount to derive the contract sum. SIGNATURE OF CONTRACTOR
