Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement 6sand) in foundation and plinth including all leads and lifts, as per HP:PWD, specififation of 1990 Volume-I, as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position. sal /wood including all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design Spectrum Quartz king brush paintor its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (twocoats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning thesurface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc includingsand paper smooth complete.

Wall painting (two coats) with synthetic & acrylic distemper of assian paint or its equivalent of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade onundecoratedconcrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including t horoughly brushing thesurface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for metling the surface

15mm cement plaster in singlecoat on fair side ofbrick/concrete/stone walls forinterior plastering upto floortwo level includingarrises,internal roundedangles,chamfers and/or roundedangles not exceeding 80mm ingirth and finished even andsmooth Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand).

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) : Natural colour insulating board 12 mm thick as per HP. PWD

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curvedsurfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charges:-0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete 1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/m²

Steel work of BIS specification including hollow section welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint . In beams joists channels ,angles , tee ,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters,purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder, railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.
