Fabrication / supply of MS Clamp for fixing of suitable size of GI bend.

Fabrication/Supply of 2.5” MS Pipe pole 4Mtr. height medium class duly painted for fixing of LED lights

Supply of SMC junction boxes anti-corrosive water resistant, UV protected high temp resistant. Confirming to UL 94 VO standards, ERDA approved, weather able and suitable for all kinds of climatic conditions. Supply of 4 core 25 sq. mm armored aluminum conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE cable 1.1 KV confirming to IS 1554/1/88 with latest amendment. Make: Grandlay/Havells/ Polycab / Finolex/DJB approved makes.

Supply of 4 core 16 sq. mm armored aluminum conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE cable 1.1 KV confirming to IS 1554/1/88 with latest amendment. Make: Grandlay/Havells/ Polycab / Finolex/DJB approved makes.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. Upto 35 sq. mm DSR 2018, 7.1.1

Erection of new MS Pipe pole in cement concrete at required depth in ground with the help of manual labour and required material from main gate to final effluent channel and between main road to inlet portion, raw pump house and return pump house as per direction of engineer in-charge.

Painting of poles with two coats of enamel paint.

Connection of 4 core 25 sq. mm main cable in the distribution panel with required thimbling, tapping etc. as per IER.

Fixing of 45 Watt LED street light on the existing as well as new poles with bend, clamps. Wire, Junction Box, MCB taken above with all connections, thimbling, tapping etc and with the help of required labour, tools and tackles, ladders etc. as per site requirement. The Job includes connections of 16X4 C cable in the individual junction box.

Fixing of 45 Watt LED street light on the bend to be fixed at main entrance gate of Plant with clamps, connection with wire, fixing Junction Box &MCB taken above with all connections, thimbling, tapping etc and with the help of required labour, tools and tackles, ladders etc. as per site requirement.
