SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (SEA RETAINING WALL WORKS)
Material & Labour for trap/granite/basalt stone boulder (each stone boulder weighing 100 to 150 kgs) filling/ loose pitching for sea shore protection/sea wall as per approved profile and cross section as shown in drawing (as boulder mound) for construction of sea wall all as specified and as directed in wet/ tidal condition complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: The density of stones to be used for the construction of sea wall shall be equal to or greater than 2.6 Tonne/Cubic Metre.

Material & Labour for pressure grouting with suitable methods with PCC 1:1.5:3 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in the existing cracks on retaining wall including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for cleaning the existing decayed surfaces of concrete of any description in patches of any depth with brooms/ wire brushes to remove all loose concrete / debris, preparing the surfaces in measurable shapes using chisel and hammer, cleaning the surface thoroughly to remove all the loose particles, washing the surfaces with pressure washing and grouting the patches with cement mortar 1:2 using pressure pumps/ jets all as specified and as directed.
Supply & Fixing 12 mm dia GI dash bolt of 150 mm length including drilling into concrete wall and fixing wire mesh all as specified and as directed. Note : Wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
Supply & Fixing plates (plain or chequered) square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) Quality B complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for providing RCC M-30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates in retaining walls/ similar structures including provision of expansion joints in concrete @ 30m intervals complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Formwork, hard drawn steel wire for reinforcement and bituminous filler for expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately.
Material & Labour for providing 12 mm dia shear connectors of grade Fe 500 by drilling hole 150mm deep using suitable approved grouting material (HILTI, Fosroc or equivalent) in concrete wall and fixing all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for providing and applying epoxy based bonding agent Fosroc's Nitobond EP or Sika Hibond or equivalent product of makes as specified in Particular Specifications for old and new concrete at the rate of 2.2 Sqm per Kg complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply & Fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric mesh weight exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm, cut to lengths, including necessary welding at joints as required, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm in dia supplied and fixed to walls/ reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for formwork to faces of retaining walls, vertical or to batter and similar work, flat for fair finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for providing 18/20 mm thick pre-formed filler for expansion joints for a concrete thickness of 100 mm and sealing the joints with approved polyurethene sealent all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil etc all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete type D2 1:4:8 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and Fixing low density polyurethene pipes (LDPE) of dia 100 mm and pressure rating 6 Kgf/cm2 in weep holes all as specified and as directed.
Returning, filling in, using the earth obtained from excavation including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm etc. all as specified and as directed.
Removing old debris/unserviceable materials etc. to a place as directed by GE within a distance of 100 m by using mechanical means like JCB etc. including loading , unloading and depositing all as specified and as directed
Removing existing debris of any description to a place outside MOD land with minimum distance of 15 Km including stacking for measurement, loading, unloading, transportaion, levelling complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- 0.45 Cum of debris shall be considered as one load.
Removing surplus excavated soil outside MOD land with minimum distance of 15 Km including loading, unloading, transportaion, levelling complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (ROAD/PATH WORKS)
Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for 120 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for subbase all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for 80 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles/paver blocks, coloured with grey cement & pigment, of concrete M-40 grade, confirming to IS 15658 - 2006, shape and size as approved, laid in patterns with different colours of pavers block laid over 50 mm thick crushed sand cushion etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Crushed sand shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.
Material & Labour for providing precast cement concrete blocks/kerb exceeding 10 cm in width with PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 as in kerb stone for pavement/ path etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in levelling/ undulations complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply only crushed sand for sand cushion for laying of interlocking paver block complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III (FENCING WORKS)
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embedded portion as in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.
Cutting holes into or through cement concrete structure reinforced or othewise, superficial area not exceeding 100 Sq cm for fixing angle iron post etc. and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggegate) as in bed blocks including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply & Fixing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flats iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary driling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all specified and directed.
Supply & Fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 16mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 15 cm and not exceeding 22.5 cm including nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Anti rust) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply & Fixing in repair galvanised 2 strand, PVC coated of minimum 0.70mm coating steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed wire 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for providing & fixing brush finish stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, rectangle, channels, plates, bulb etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing & making curvature (wherever required) & fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts & bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of reinforced concrete surface with suitable arrangement including providing stainless steel bulbs to the top of vertical members as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Weight of stainless steel member shall be considered including fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners, plates etc.
Supply & Fixing PVC coated punched type concertina coil fencing with PVC coated (minimum 0.7 mm thick coating) punched type concertina coil 600 mm dia 100 m openable length (total length 90m), having 50 Nos rounds per 6m length, spring core wire (2.5mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape (0.52 mm thick) & weight 43.478 gm/ metre and fixing the same in angle iron Y/U shaped bracket complete all as specified and as directed.
