Labour & T&P for cutting of grass by mechanically operated slasher where ever required including removing of material obtained from cutting & cleaning (both side) upto 1000 mtrs from the concrete edges complete all as directed. Note:- Contractor will arrange at his own mechanical slasher(set of one tractor & Jungle Jeem) with POL & MT driver. The mechnical slasher will be operation from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs, including lunch break of half hour at mid day, every day in week days excluding Sundays & holidays minimum out put of one mechnical slasher will be 4000 Sqm (Grass cut clear area) in a day.

Note : Contractor will arrange at his own bush cutter with POL & operater . The bush cutter will be operation from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs , including lunch break of half hour at mid day , every day in week days excluding Sundays & holidays minimum out put of one bush cutter will be 250 Sqm ( Grass cut clear area) in a day.

M&L for scraping & preparation of new/old treated horizontal concrete or bituminous roads, pavements surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth with wire brushes etc and painting lines, dashes, strips, circles and other markings with one coat of water thinable/matt finished road marking retro reflective paint white/orange/yellow/black or any other colour as approved by GE using mechanical pavement marking machine (Air/Airless spray applications as per IS 164) line lazer 5900 of M/s Graco or equivalent as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Make: Apcotrack manufactured by Asian paints/ Shalimar paints guide line of Berger or equivalent make as specified as approved by GE. Note:- Thickness of paint shall be minimum 40 micron (Dry film thickness) for each coat after application. Specification of the machine is as under:- Graco line lazer 5900 with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) : 1.60 (6.0), PSI (Bar) : 3300 (227), Engine cc (HP) : 160 (5.5) and maximum tip size : 0.043 or Graco line lazer 200 HS with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) : 2.15 (8.14), PSI (Bar) : 3300 (227), Engine CC (HP) : 200 (6.5) and maximum tip size : 0.047.

Desilting of storm water drain by surface excavation in soft/loose soil settled deposited soil /earth/silt/mud etc n.exc 15cm deep from bed of drain, dressing in 'V' shape to drain including cleaning of shrubs, vegitation and grass etc whatsoever with therein, bed of drain including getting out and removing excavated material and deposited the same to a distance n. exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/ stone walls etc. of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, using WPC complete all as specified (WPC shall be paid under separate item here in after).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement Concrete surfaces of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for pavement of taxi track / runway / Disperasl area as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1 :2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregatea) in foundation filling or mass concrete with spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolited concrete/brick work material exc 1.5 Km m but n.exc 5.0 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specfied and directed

Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortor including all quions,arches, pillars etc complete all as specfied and directed .

Removing demolited concrete/brick work material exc 250 m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specfied and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class`B'bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6mm eanradius built in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form works etc.

Taking out unsv LT cable of any size from trenches /duct etc carefully complete all as specified and direced

Supply, laying, passing through pipe, connecting & testing UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 16 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out for laying of cable/ foundation of pole & stay etc complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in thickness in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing of surplus excavated material (SOIL) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as directed.

Supply & laying well burnt sub class 'B' bricks, locally best available laid in trenches for protection for underground cable complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for dry sand cushioning for protection of LT underground cable including watering & consolidation complete all as specified & directed.

Making horizontal bore hole under road suitable for 80 mm bore size at the depth not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of LT underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully /non functional security light from its existing position and refixing the same sfter repairing/replacement with new spare parts including reassembling and testing complete all as specified and directed.(Note- Spare parts componenet of security light fitting shall be measured and paid seperatelly underitem as supply only)

Supply only LED driver suitable for LED security light fitting of capacity up to 90 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fitting and fixture and such as as switches, sockets ceiling rose,pendent holders,regulators,light fittings any type removing materials to store in safe custody or for credite etc, as directed.

M & L for point wiring with two single core PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm 1100 volt grade in and including making good the disturbed surface of wall with colour washing /distempering the surface to match the existing one in non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade 2 mm thick medium 20/25 mm dia with all accessories mounting all the surface of wall/ceiling/roof/etc with suitable size of 1 to 8 module metal flush boxes and including modular front cover plate & back plate for mounting modular type switches /socket/fan/ regulator etc including provision of one single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm 1100 volt grade as earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly switch board complete all as specified and directed.
