REPAIRS MAINTENANCE TO CHARPOY GI PIPE AND CERTAIN WOODEN FURNITURE UNDER GE CENTRAL KIRKEE.

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR / PLY WOOD (FD-220) (a) Removing of old unservicable existing elbows, supply and fix new GI 3 way elbows, 32mm dia, ISI marked, weight not less than 400 gm each all as specified and as directed.

(b) Removing of old unserviceable broken check nuts, supply and fix new GI check nuts suitable for 32mm dia pipe, ISI Marked weight not less than 150 gram each, all as specified and as directed.

(c ) Removing of existing unseviceable long rails from Charpoy GI pipe, supply and fix new long rails made out of GI pipe 32mm bore medium grade as per existing shape & size complete as specified and as directed .

(d) Removing of existing damaged short rails and fixing short rails to charpoy after conversion from retrieved old long rails duly threaded at both ends and fixing the same as per exsting shape and size complete all as specified and as directed .

(e) Removing exsting damaged legs and fixing legs after conversion from retrieved old short rails duly threaded at one end and another side welding with 3mm thick MS sheet base and mild steel brackets of required size, shape and numbers for fixing MNF set all as shown on drawing and as directed.

(f) Removing exsting unserviceable nylon newar / ply wood 12 mm thick from charpoy GI pipe and tightening of entire frame including removing of old welded cleats, supply and fix 12mm thick plywood of BWR grade commercial type of size 1980 x 900mm (Make : Archid /century /Green ply). The ply wood shall be fixed to charpoy frame after providing 02 Nos of MS flat iron 50mm x 6mm thick, 900mm long with one coat of red oxide primer drilled to long rail both sides in equal distance with flat head nut of size 50 mm dia, 60mm long bolt with washers ( total 6 Nos per charpoy).The entire frame including MS flat shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint (1st grade quality), supply and fix of hard rubber shoes with inside steel washers to the legs of charpoy after removing the exsting wooden block complete all as specified and as directed.

REPAIRS TO BED PLY TOP/BED NEWAR (FD-246/FD-247) (a) Removing of old un serviceable head board, supply and fix new head board made out of teak wood frame of size 900x600mm including leg and 04mm thick both side teak faced plywood, ISI marked, complete teak wood beading 4mm thick shall be provided all over complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Removing of old un serviceable foot board , supply and fix new foot board made out of teak wood frame of size 900x450mm including 04mm thick both side teak faced plywood, ISI marked, 4mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided all over complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Removing of old broken long rails, supply and fix new long rails of shisham wood of size 1800x90x35mm long as per drawing duly finished, complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) Removing of old un serviceable worn out ply wood top, supply and fix new ply wood top of size 1800x900mm of 12mm thick commercial BWR grade, ISI mark embosed on it, complete as approved by GE and all as shown on drawings.

(e) Removing of old broken short rail / center stiffner, supply and fix new short rails/center stiffner of shisham wood of size 900x90x35mm long as per drawing duly finished and complete all as specified and as directed.

(f) Two or more coats of french polishing to bed with plywood top/ bed newar complete all as specified and as directed.

CHARPOY STEEL HARD TOP MAP (FD/E6/MAP II / I ) :- (a) Removing the un serviceable plywood 12 mm thick, supply and fix new plywood 12 mm thick with approved quality and pattern as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

(b) Material and labour for de-rusting, denting, scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel black colour paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/ Recushioning of Sofa Set 5 Seats/4 Seats(FD-281). (a) Removing the existing un serviceable covers from detachable foam cushion, supply and fix new cover made out of superior quality tapestry cloth of approved quality (locally available), not less than Rs. 550/-per meter) duly stitched as per size of seat & one side shall be stitched with zip chain(heavy duty) of approved quality complete all as specified and shown on drawings and approved by GE.

(b) Supply and fix foam cushion 100 mm thick, 40 density, size 22” x 21”x 4” duly covered with new tapestry cloth, duly stitched as per size of seat & one side shall be stitched with zip chain( heavy duty) of approved type / design / colour) (not less than Rs. 550/- per mtr) of appropriate quality fixed as in repairs complete all as shown on drawing, all as specified and as directed.

(c) Removing the existing un serviceable front legs from Sofa set 04/05seater, supply and fix new front leg made out of teak wood duly finished & complete to match the original as shown on drawings and as directed.

(d) Removing the existing un serviceable rear legs from sofa set 04/05seater, supply and fix new rear legs made out of teak wood duly finished & complete to match the original as shown on drawings and directed.

(e) Removing the existing un serviceable battens from sofa set 04/05seater, supply and fix new batten made out of teak wood duly finished and complete to match the original as shown on drawings and as directed.

(f) Removing the existing un serviceable long rails from sofa set 05 seater, supply and fix new long rail made out of teak wood duly finished & complete to match the original as shown on drawings and as directed.

(g) Removing the existing un serviceable hand rest from sofa set 05 seater, supply and fix new hand rest made out of teak wood duly finished & complete to match the original as shown on drawings and as directed.

(h) Removing the existing un serviceable shorl rail from sofa set single seater, supply and fix new short rail made out of teak wood duly finished & complete to match the original as shown on drawing and as directed.

(j) Two or more coats of french polishing to sofa set 05 seater complete all as specified and as directed.

(k) Two or more coats of french polishing to french polishing to sofa set 04 seater complete all as specified and as directed.
