Making arrangements for thorough inspection of the (2nos.- I/P + 2nos. -O/P ) configuration system with 630Amps, 11 KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs) by qualified and experienced Engineer /Technician, diagnosis of the fault, testing of insulation resistance of HT cables, VCBs, CT & PT units, fixed contacts (shrouds) of VCBs, assessing the requirement of materials, spare parts/components etc. for repairing the HT panels & VCBs etc. complete as required.

Supply of 11KV Epoxy resin type 11KV, 25KA Current Transformers (CTs) suitable for 630Amps, 11KV , 25 KA VCB of Biecco Lawrie, model-HXB, i/c cost of transportation of sample from site to the manufacturing unit located at Kolkata/Hyderabad, cost of manufacturing as per sample and transportation back of the finished products to site at Bhubaneswar etc. complete as reqd.

Dismantling of the faulty 11KV CT from the 11KV 3 phase HT VCB panel along with CTs and interconnecting flats after disconnection of power & control wirings, CT & PT connections and removing the 630A VCB from its position, cleaning the VCB housing chamber etc. as required. (For one module)

Installation of new 11KV Epoxy resin type 11KV, 25KA Current Transformers(CTs) along with existing interconnecting silver coated copper flat in the above mentioned panel, refixing of CTs, reconnection of Power cables, s/making of new control wirings, fixing and connection of Space heaters, thermostats and panel indicators, testing of insulation resistance with suitable rating megger insulation tester i/c supply of suitable size brass nuts, bolts, washers, HV grade PVC tapes, sleaves etc. complete as required.(For one module)

Servicing of 630Apms 11 KV VCB i/c removal of copper sulphation coatings/rusts, cleaning of contacts with CRC/CTC solution, removal of moisture with hot air blower, checking of contacts, control, closing, trip circuits, spring mechanism, motor, measurement of insulation resistance with suitable rating megger insulation tester and bringing the insulation up to required level if required etc. complete as required. (For One unit)

Making arrangements for thorough checking/inspection of the control & monitoring modules of 630Amps, 11 KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs) panels by qualified and experienced Engineer /Technician, testing of all safety system, testing/calibration of all relays system , servicing of all CT & PT operated metering units, assessing the requirement of materials, spare parts/components etc. for repairing the HT control panels etc. complete as required.

Checking, testing and servicing of 11KV 25KA CT units (comprising of 3nos) for other 2nos I/C & 1no. O/G modules i/c cleaning of contacts with busbar, insulation testing and reconnection with the busbar, tightening of control wiring of CT connections etc. complete as required. ( 2nos I/P & 1no O/P)

Testing and recommissioning of the 630A 11KV HT VCB panels ( 2- I/ & 2 - O/G ) for proper working i/c checking working of all safety, tripping mechanisms, metering units, checking and recording different parameters of the supply system at no load and with load etc. complete as required.

Liaisoning and making coordination with the supply authority for obtaining 11 KV shut down to carry out the above mentioned work, interchanging the connection of HT incoming cable at FP structure and re-energization of 11 KV supply after completion of work etc. complete as required. (01 job for each shut down)

Supply and Fixing of 100 watt 230 volts (225mm) strip type refractory insulated Panel heaters / Space heaters suitable for heating the Transformer windings and HT control panels etc. as required. (Girish/Wattco/Vileco/reputed)

Supply and Fixing of 7" size with temperature range 0-600C Stem type round Thermostat suitable for space Heater etc. as required.(Girish ego/Vijay lakshmi)

Supply and Fixing of 2000Watt single phase 240 volt room heater etc. as required.(Make - Havells, Model CISTA / SS Make )

Servicing of draw out type Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), 1000A, 440V (L&T model: CNCS1000S1) by the Service Engineer of the OEM i/c disconnection of power supply, removing from the rack, cleaning of contacts with CTC solutions, checking and testing of OC, UV, shunt release and safety tripping circuits, refixing and reconnection of power/control cables, testing for proper working etc. complete as required.

Replacement of the UV release for 1000A, 440V (Make L&T, Model: CNCS1000S1) Air Circuit Breaker i/c connection and testing etc. as required. (Make L&T, Model MV/240V/440V AC)

Repairing of 1000A, 440V (Make L&T, Model: CNCS1000S1) Air Circuit Breaker i/c testing, checking by the service engineer of the OEM, rectification of minor faults, setting, testing etc. as required.
