M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles jointless/edge cutted of size exc 0.09 Sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, 6mm to 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirtimg, dado, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10mm thick backing/rendering in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) not exc 1.5 Sqm each incl holdfasts from wall and making good in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium sliding window shutters with frames (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) three track ( consisting of 02 Nos glazed shutters and 01 No gauge shutter) without sash bars including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, EPDM rubber packing, powder aluminium snap beading, screws, wheels, locking arrangements, suitable handles for sliding purpose, 4mm thick tinted glass and mesh of dia 0.36mm and 1.40mm width of aperture, silicon chemical filling at gaps between section frame and wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed..

S&F anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, hung type without sash bar including frame and 4mm thick froasted glass and aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary , joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, etc., complete all as specified and directed
