Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11kV over head line complete with 19/20mm dia. X 1.8 meters long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cm x 45cm x 7.5mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20mm x 60mm), 7/4.00 mm dia. G.I. stay wire and 11kV strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 foundation including excavation and refilling etc, as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm (7.14 kg per meter) double pole cross arm for three wire 11kV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50mm x 6mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arm together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11kV over head line as required.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of following capacity TPN tap box made of 1.6mm thick sheet steel enclosure duly painted with powder coating on existing rising mains complete with TPN dissconnector FSU and HRC fuses, connections, earthing etc. as required. 200A

Providing and fixing of following capacityTP&N Disconnector fuse switch unit indside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuse including drilling holes in cubical,and making connection etc. as required. 63A

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11kV OHL with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with nominal discharge current rating of 5kA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Earthing with copper plate 600mm X 600mm X 3mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangemrnt and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing of 50mm x 6mm G.I strip on surface or in recess for loop earthing as require.

Providing of bus bar 200Amp.

Providing of 1.5 sq.mm 4 core flexible cable.

Providing of 25 sq.mm 3 core armoured cable.

Providing of RCCB, 63Amp.

Clamps, bolts, nuts etc,

16mm X 125mm bolts and nuts with washers.

Providing of Elapp DMC/ epoxy insulators.

Labour charge on Item No. 09 to 15.
