REPAIR TO ROAD AND ROAD FURNITURE AT VARIOUS LOCATION AT AGE B R V UNDER GE MCTE MHOW

M&L for preparation of surfaces of existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top/concrete surfaces and applying evenly a priming coat/tack coat with bitumenious primer, using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 at the rate of 5 Kg/10 Sqm and M&L for Bituminious premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi- Dence Concrete using 5.5 % binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen with minimum Marshal stability 1200 kg/sqcm) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and minimum 5Km/hour to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairs to Pot holes n exc. 1 Sqm each sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by d by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings).depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing in berms n exc. 15 cm and averaging 10 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick Mooeum/Red bajri,spread, rolled & consolidated to gradient & Camber required in light wearing surface/berms complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MS rectangular delineator black colour with mild steel tube of 1000 mm height, 100mm width, 30mm thick & 2 - 2.5 kg approx weight, duly powder coated and 3x white retro reflector of size 150mmx80mm of 3M type-XI including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all asspecified and directed. S&F in repair 500mm to 1000mm dia Convex mirror for visibility and fixed with 50 dia SS pipe medium grade ISI mark (Height of pipe not less than 1.20m from ground leve) & embeded in post holes size (200mm x 200mm x 400mm) in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) & including earth work & excavation returning filling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Cat Eye as (Road Stud) of 120mm x 90 mm size made of poly-carbonate moulded body with electronically welded prismatic retro range on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with bituminous ashesive BT-69 any discription complete including removal of old cat eye complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for preparation of bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 15 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction inccluding cleaning of surface by removing all dust, dirt, oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed.
