Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. Construction of cement concrete kerb with channel with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, kerb channel 300 mm wide, 50 mm thick in PCC M20 grade, sloped towards the kerb, kerb stone with channel laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 409 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, hire and usage charges of machinery and all incidental charges in this connection.) A) Using Concrete Mixer :
Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes : a) Pakur Variety : i) In Ground Floor :
Hire and labour charges for shuttering with cantering and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works. (upto roof of ground floor) : (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge. i) In Ground Floor :
Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in the all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel II. OTHER MANUFACTURERS NOT SPECIFIED :
Dismantling Artificial Stone Flooring upto 50 mm. thick by carefully chiselling without damaging the base and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In Ground Floor :
Supplying & laying as per IRC-SP:063-2004 paver unit of any shade of approved quality as per relevant IS code, laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway (paver block only), etc. including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and material. a) 25 mm thick Tiles as per IS: 1237-2012 for footpath, ramp, staircase of public building (over 25 mm thick (Avg) Cement mortar (1:3) and Cement Slurry @ 4.4 kg/Sq.m at back side of Block. Cement for Mortar & Slurry to be supplied by Department). (ii) Coloured Decorative :
Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforced cement polymer concrete manhole /gully pit cover with matching frame. As per I.S-12592(M.D) (i) 35 MT load bearing capacity round manhole cover provided with two lifter hooks fitted with matching frame of size Cover: 700 mm X 100 mm : Frame: 910 mm X 185 mm Opening: 560 mm Weight: 245 kg (approx.)
Supplying, fitting and fixing in position FRP/GRP/COMPOSITE UV stabilizer Gully Pit Cover with high abrasion surface of 7mm top thicknes, density of 2KG/m³ of approved make with rim of approved make (Heavy type) : (iii) 10 M.T. Gully pit cover (yard gully) with arrangement for opening of size : Frame Clear Opening : 640 mm X 240 mm. Cover Out to Out : 700 mm X 300 mm.
M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1957 & IS:1161-1958) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816 1956 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection with painting all complete - for railing :
Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.
Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) : (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white) :
Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC.
Painting the vertical end faces of posts, wheel guards or railing or parapet with alternate bands of different colours as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with approved synthetic enamel paint.Two coats :
Repair of Steel Railing : Repair of existing iron Railing to bring it to there original shape :
Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal/ Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
