(a) Clear dimentions Length - 15M, Width - 12M, Height - 8M (Crown Height will vary as per design parameters).
(b) Survey and design to be done by a firm/agency which has the experience of tunneling works/projects to this effect a memorndum of understanding is necessicted by the vendor.
(c) All Engineering drawings and Architectural drawings shall be vetted by IIT Madras/IIT Delhi.
(d) Construction of the Cavern as per the vetted design by IIT madras/IIT Delhi.
(e) Incorporatin of all items which are deemed essential for the construction of Cavern (Civil Construction).
(f) Follow as per the laid down technical specifications and relevent IS codes or any other codes which are essential for construction.
2. Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of the following :
(a) Ventilation system (25% of air circulation / changes per hour).
(b) Humidity control system (Temp Rg 30 to 60% relative humidity 50 to 65%).
(c) Fire fighting system
(d) Flame proof lighting
(e) Fabrication of a Blast Proof Steel Door with wicket gate. dimension as follows:
(i) Length - 8Mtr
(ii) Width / Height - 6Mtr
(ii) Double leaf Blast Prrf Steel Door
(iv) Wicket gate dimension- Length 2.5Mtr, Height - 2Mtr
(f) DG Set as per tender document
(G) Vidyut Rakshak (Gen Management System)
(h) Earthing System
