Dismantling of existing roof treatment including tar felt, cement plaster etc. from roof surfaces including cleaning of surface and removing debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description from RCC roof slab (padding etc.) not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) finished even and smooth using extra cement as in roof padding for levelling / maintaining slope etc. mixed with and including liquid water proofing comound @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Rate of Water proofing compound shall deemed to be included under this item).

M&L for screed bed or rendering 10 mm thick in averaging on RCC roof slab/parapet in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with and including liquid water proofing comound @ 200 ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Rate of Water proofing compound and crude oil shall deemed to be included under this item).

M&L for applying water proofing treatment to roof including vertical surface with APP based polymeric membrane, 3 mm thick (min.) consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick central core of HMHDP film and standard weight of 3.00 kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm / sqm) applied over a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm surface, application of APP modified membrane and joint shall be sealed by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 15 mm on end lap and 100 mm side lap complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) Treatment shall be done through authorised representative of manufacturer.

M&L for 20 mm thick PCC tiles machine pressed factory made of size 200 mm x 200 mm as per IS-1237-1980 laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including liquid water proofing comound @ 200 ml per bag of cement, grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Rate of Water proofing compound and crude oil shall deemed to be included under this item).

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity exc. 500 ltr but not exc. 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering of required) for repairs (incl tank nipple) etc. and hosting, reconnecting and refixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity exc. 250 ltr but not exc. 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering of required) for repairs (incl tank nipple) etc. and hosting, reconnecting and refixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls/ceiling of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces of ceiling with CM (1:4) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on walls including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing 15 mm dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all GI fittings such as flanges, unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and testing including taking down existing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing 20 mm dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all GI fittings such as flanges, unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and testing including taking down existing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of 15 mm bore GI Steel tubings including new or old fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of 20 mm bore GI Steel tubings including new or old fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position including in sunken portion not otherwise specifically provided and removing all debries outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 finished fair and even mixed with and including liquid water proofing comound @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Rate of Water proofing compound and crude oil shall deemed to be included under this item).

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2( using 40 mm graded brick aggregate) as in filling in sunken floor of toilet and bath room etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken floor for correction of slope etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint less (square or rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic designed coloured tiles 300 x 450 mm x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern, size 580x440mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc. complete including making good to floors with PCC bedding (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm nominal brick ballast and connection to trap with cement mortar all as specified, and making good to floor including demilition of PCC / Lime concrete bedding existing pan complete all as specified and directed.
