Transportation Laying testing and commissioning of 11kV, 3cX400 Sqmm, XLPE HTUG 3 Cable (ROUND Armoured).in Existing Trench/GI pipe/Stone Ware/RCC Hume pipe using Wooden/Aluminum Rollers as directed by SSE/E/CN/BNC for 3x300 to 3x500 Sqmm & in trenchless without HDPE pipe.(Cable will be supplied by SSE/E/Stores/CN/BNC).

Supply & Fixing of Heat shrinkable type cable termination kits suitable for 3CX400Sqmm XLPE cable with Copper Lugs (indoor type)

Supply & Fixing of Heat shrinkable type cable termination kits suitable for 3Cx400Sq.mm XLPE cable With copper lugs(outdoor type).

Laying of 19 Core 2.5 sq.mm Copper control cable as per KPTCL Requirement (cable will be supplied SSE/E/Stores/CN/BNC)

Laying of 4Cx 4SQMM copper control cable as per KPTCL Requirement (cable will be supplied SSE/E/Stores/CN/BNC).

Supply & fixing of Copper Coupling Bus-Bar for 11 kV switch gears (as per market rates which is suitable to the existing Breaker Bus-Bar) Dimension:100mm*12mm of suitable length. (1No: 8Kgs approximate).

Supply & Provision of Insulation Mats 1000x2000x12mm as per KPTCL/EB norms specification.

Supply & Provision of GI Checker Plates (1300X1500X8mm) as per KPTCL/EB norms specification.

Supply & Fixing of Grounding of equipment with 50 X 6 mm GI flat and connecting the equipment to the earth mat or ground pit KPTCL/EB norms specification.

Supply,Fixing and Commissioning of earthing (cast iron pipe of 100 Dia, 13mm thickness 2.75 metres long with 2 parts clamp out of G.I flat 50 x 6 mm continuously welded all- round the pipe using cat iron welding electrodes as per KPTCL drawing including earth chamber.

Supply and providing 450mm Dia 450 m height 1.5" to 2" thick Hume pipe collar for earth pits including all lead and lifts etc. as per KPTCL/EB norms specification.

Supply installation testing & commissioning of Compact RMUs, (VCB/SFG UNIT Type) with Al Busbar | RMU (3 way); One In comer+ One Breaker +one out going (2OD+1 VL): 350 MVA, 650 foundation, frame angle welding etc. as per BESCOM standard & Specification.

Trenchless Technology by adopting Horizontal Boring & Drawing of cable including preparation at site for Normal soil 5/6" Bore Without HDPE Pipe as per BESCOM standard & Specification.

Supply & erection of 11kV HT Metering cubicle of UNIT different CT Ratio, Both side cable entry type with 3CT & 3PTs, With Transparent Cover TTB, with 30x8mm Cu Bus bars, Modem and 2 Nos of Meters for 3Ph 4 Wire Metering without Load Break Switch (HT Metering Box Fabricated out of 3mm MS Sheet duly epoxy powder coated) as per BESCOM standard & Specification.

Providing and Laying in position plain cement cocreate of mix 1:2:4 with Cement@ 25 240 Kgs, with 20 mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.878 CMT and linen aggregates@ 0.459 M machine mixed concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick well compacted, in foundation and plinth and calls, including cost of all materials, Laboure, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per BESCOM standard & Specification.

Released (Scrap) and handing over of existing HT Metering cubicle, Distribution boxes, KG 50 30 1500 feeder pillar boxes with CT and PT. The details of released materials list Handed over to SSE/E/CN/BNC office.

Earth work excavation by manual means for drains, canals, waste weir, draft, approach channels, key trenches, foundation of Buildings & bridges and such similar works in all kinds of soils, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, 27 barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, excavated surface levelled and sides neatly dressed disposing off the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m including cost of Laboure, tools & other appurtenances required to complete the work. In all kinds of soils Depth up to 1.5 m. as per KPTL/EB norms & specifications'.

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per 28 relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, Laboure, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:3:6 Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates as per KPTL/EB norms and specifications.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well 29 compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, Laboure, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately Mix 1:2:4 Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates +3% Shuttering as per KPTL/EB norms and specifications.

Providing Size Stone masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand as per KPTL/EB norms and specifications.

Providing and fixing Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up 31 sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, Laboure, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge as per KPTL/EB norms and specifications.

Providing and fixing Structural Steel work in single section, fixed with or without 32 connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, Laboure, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge as per KPTL/EB norms and specifications.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required Colour to give an even shade :Two coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with 33 ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, Laboure complete as per KPTC/EB norms and specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) to brick/stone masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, Laboure, curing complete as per KPTCL/EB norms and specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Flush/ Ruled pointing: Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) after raking joints to depth nicely lining, including cost of materials, Laboure, curing as per KPTL/EB norms and specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of 36 foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per KPTL/EB norms and specifications.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 g/m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 MPa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of 37 the sheet and polyester top coat 15- 18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 m or as desired by Engineer-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per KPTL/EB norms and specifications.

Supply and fixing of rigid PVC pipe 25mm dia.+/-0.2mm, 2 mm thick with accessories for wiring with ISI mark as per KPTL/EB norms and specifications.

Supply and running of wires for submains with 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm multi strand PVC insulated copper wire (FRLSH) for phase and neutral 1 run of 1.5sqmm copper wire (FRLH) for earth connectivity with Colour codes as per specifications.

Supplying & fixing 63A 4pole miniature circuit breakers on existing MCB distribution 40 boards using necessary fixing materials and 'C' Type curve, indicator ON/OFF, energy cross-3 with Short circuit breaking capacity of 10KA and complete wiring as required as per KPTL/EB norms and specifications.

Supplying & fixing of 40W 230V AC supply 50Hz batten type 4 Feet LED light fitting with anodized extruded aluminum housing along with lamp and driver with all fixing accessories 41 (ceiling rose, round lock, screw, guttas, round flexible wire etc.) as per site condition confirming to specification no. SWR/LED/LIGHT FITTING(indoor /Outdoor)/011-2016 dated.18.04.16 and removing of old conventional fittings without damaging it and handling over the released fittings to the concerned SSE/EB authority .( Prior to the supply of light fittings approval is to be taken duly submitting sample light fittings to the concerned SSE).
