Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in any position and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.
Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface
Excavation in trenches, n.exc, 1.5 cm wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, man holes, pier, holes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil.
Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

Material and labour for Compound girders and stanchions, lattic girders and masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffer, gusset plates etc all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.
Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/Trapezoidal steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.
Supply and fix aluminium anodized flat 38mm wide 3mm thick as in wind tie.
Material and labour painting to steel and iron surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces.
Material and labour pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate)with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete
Material and labour providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm grade stone aggregate) cills, steps; parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.
Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement.
Material and labour for preparation on newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and laying of 32 x 6 mm GI earth strip laid in ducts/floors/ wall Complete by removing old corroded strip all as specified and directed.
Supply & laying synthetic insulating rubber mat of size 2 m x 1 m x 20mm thick, and confirming to IS:5442 2007 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Supply , install, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine driven 1010 KVA Generating Set 415 volt 3 phase, 4 wire, engine as per ISO 3046 with exhaust hospital type silencer, 12 cylinder, "V" type, water cooled radiator type, four cycle, turbo charged with four valves per cylinder and forged steel crank shaft and connecting rods, cast iron block and Alternator in steel base frame class H insulation, IP 23 protected, fully inlet connected damper winding, AC exciter and rotating rectifier unit epoxy coated stator winding, brush less single bearing, revolving field, POL drip proof and screen protected. Rotor and exciter impergnated with tropical grade insulating oil and acid resisting polyester resin dynamically balanced rotor BS 5625 grade 2.5 with sealed life bearings and totally close coupled engine alternator for perfect alignment with control system comprising of power command electronic control standard equipment to control/monitor the total Genset intrigation system including Power command controller system with the feature of paralleling operation with existing DG Sets of any make, precise frequency and voltage regulation, alarm status message display, protection auto metering, auto shut down at fault detection and with electronic governor control and synchronizing controls with necessary meters and safety control for 1010 KVA DG Set as per ISO 3046 and ISO 8528 standards including following accessories. i) Suitable water pump set - 1 Nos ii) All pipe line connections and valves of suitable size etc for engine connections as per OEM recommendation. iii) Set of batteries & Battery charger (as per OEM recommendations). iv) Lub Oil priming pump & high speed,900mm heavy duty wall mounted air circulator fan 02 Nos (Make:Almonard) including control wiring ( Item No.18.00 Contd.../-)
v) Fuel day Tank on elevated platform with transparent measuring indicating pipe including fuel supply and return pipe connection up to engine. vi) Hand operated rotary type fuel transfer pump. vii) Acoustic enclosure with outer body of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet, sound insulation of 100mm thick rock wool (64 Kg/ m3 to maintain noise level 75 DB), inner skin with 0.5mm thick CRCA perforated sheet (Powder Coated) as per OEM recommendations/ make as per OEM Channel partner. viii) Glass wool insulation for exhaust pipes with silencers. ix) Exhaust pipes, flanges, bends from engine to DG Set room outside as per OEM recommended sizes. x) Battery charger for charging two batteries simultaneously as OEM recommendation. xi) Radiator assembly/Cooling tower-01 No as recommended by OEM. Make : Cummins/ Greaves/ Caterpillar NOTE: (i)Rate Quoted shall include the necessary PCC works for DG set foundation & structural works required to support the accessories of DG set such as water circulation system, radiator/ Fuel tank etc. (ii) Factory inspection has to be carried out by the representative of accepting officer before dispatch of DG Set from manufacturarer workshop. (iii) Diesel and all load testing arragemente for factory testing of DG set for 12 continuous hours shall be provided by the contractor. (iv) Site testing of DG set shall be carried out for 12 continuous hour, including 10% overload test in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge. Payment of DG set @90% will be released only after Entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Diesel and all load testing arrangemente requred for 12 hours continuous testing will be provided by the Contractor. (v) Final testing of DG set before completion of work for minimum 12 hours with 10% overload will be carried out by contractor in presence of "IEM". Diesel and all load testing arrangments, for each test will be provided by the Contractor.
Supply installation testing and commissioning of LT Bus duct 440 volt 3 phase 4 wire non segregated sandwich type enclosed in 2mm thick CRCA sheet Steel epoxy coated copper bus bar of 1600 Amps capacity class F insulation IP 65 protection including earthing strip continuously run over the entire length complete and to connect at DG set to transformer or LT panel/Change over and with steel supports and PCC work all as specified and directed along with following accessories as per site requirement. (i) Bus duct Straight length of 1600 Amps. (ii) Horizontal Elbow of capacity 1600 Amps. (iii) Vertical Elbow of capacity 1600 Amps. (iv) Adopter Box with Terminal Flanges (v) Copper Flexibles of capacity1600 Amps and connected accessories. Make : L&T / Schenider/ Siemens/ Legrand NOTE: Order of materials has to be made after complete finalization of erection of DG set and LT Panel at Coast Guard Power House after taking the exact requirement and approval by the Engineer in charge.
Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 500.0 sq mm 3.5 core for inter connection between DG set and control panel.
Supply & lay HDPE Double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes conforming to IS :14930 -II "ISI " marked of outer dia 160 mm and inner dia 136mm complete with fitting and accessories.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.
Earthing complete with GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm thick earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly into ground vertically not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below the ground level, connected to a Galvanised strip of size 32 x 6 mm as earth lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical palate No.5 of SSR part I connected to main board/ distribution board complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC M-25 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia CTD bars @150mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No.1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on sl Page No.347 of SSR Part-II. (ii) Earthing lead beyond 7.5 m will be measured and paid separately.
Supply and fixing of out door type dust & vermin proof with canopy and LT panel 3.15mm thick (Double door type) CPRI approved, 2.1m length, 1m width and 1.6m height to be fabricated as 3 units (0.7m length, 1m width and 1.6m height) with IP 65 protection with duly power coated by sing 50x50x5mm angular iron frame for each unit panel fixing with nuts & bolts on 70 x 40 ICMS channel as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge and using and 6mm thick MS sheet all over body front and back cover with hinges and aldrops for locking arrangements duly 1mm thick FRP coated all over the external surfaces and 2mm thick MS sheet for bus bar cover, panel, partitions and bottom cable entry covers including metal glands of suitable size duly painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint with control wiring to complete LT panel, with 1.5 sqmm FRLS copper cable and 6 A MCB's for meters, breaker control supply and indication lamps and following accessories : (a) Copper bus bar of size 80 x 10mm 2 Runs for RYB (live) & 80x10mm for neutral as main bus bar and incoming and for Bus coupler ACBs of 2000A capacity. (b) Digital ammeter & voltmeter for incoming & outgoing. Make: Schneider/Elmeasure. (c) LED indication lamps for RYB for incoming supply and for breaker on/off indications. (d) Provision to Accommodate LT ACB – 2000A 4 pole as incomer and 2000 A LT ACB 4 pole as Bus coupler. (Item No.24.00 Contd.../-)
(Item No.24.00 Contd../-) Note: (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary grouting / chipping of concrete providing Anchor fasteners and making PCC foundation to fix the LT Panel. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary Digital ammeter, voltmeter, LED lamps, CTs, and copper bus bar . (iii) LT ACBs Shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (iii) Drawing must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge before fabrication of the panel.
