Checking and recording of parameters

i)Monitoring (checking for any abnormalities and leakages, if any) and recording of parameters in the Fuel Forwarding Pump House, MCC Room, Generator, Auxiliary, Turbine, Reduction gear Compartments and recording of DC voltage of all the four Unit Batteries.ii) Monitoring and recording of parameters in the Fire Water Pump House and maintaining of raw water and fire water reservoir levels.

i) To Assist the Chemist in Dosing of chemicals for Chlorination, Dechlorination and Antiscaling ii) To Assist the chemist during Regeneration of beds (SAC,SBA & MB). iii) To assist the chemist during back washing,Rinsing of beds (PSF & ACF) and during handling of chemicals for Regeneration process. iv) To Assist the chemist to prepare indicators, Titrant and washing of glass vessels during testing of Raw water and cooling water samples from Units 1 to 4. v) To Assist the chemist in testing Lube oil samples collected from Units 1 to 4 to test acidity, viscosity and Specific gravity. vi) To Assist the chemist in testing Naphtha and HSD samples during the Receipt of tankers.

i) Assisting the Stores Custodian in arranging and keeping the materials in the respective racks. ii) Assisting the Stores Custodian in periodical verification of the materials in monthly basis to compare the actual stock and ledger stock. iii) Assisting the Stores Custodian in receiving the materials at stores and issuing the materials. iv) Assisting the Stores Custodian in weighment of scrap items received through devolution by field and other office works as directed by Stores Custodian.
