Control Panel comprising of the following: AMF / Control panel is manufactured with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for weather-proof and long lasting finish.The control panel consists of the following parts of makes as per OEM recomendation: microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system. Mounting Arrangement shall be of the following: ƒ(i) Engine and alternator are mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads. (ii) Base frame with integral fuel tank is provided with drainplug, air vent, inlet and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning

Fuel Tank of capacity 12 hrs running capacity along with Fuel pipe MS class 25mm ID with bends , flanges , valves, tees and bends.

Residnetial type silencer with MS pipe as designed by the OEM horizontal Exhaust pipe complete with bends and flanges of adeeaquate length not less than 10 Mtr.along with thermal Insulation on horizontal pipe with Mineral Wool/ Asbestos Rope 50mm Thick wire mesh and 26 gauge aluminium cladding (12")

Controll / service cables shall be of 4 x 2.5 sqmm, 24 x 2.5 sqmm , 2 x 2.5 sqmm, and 8 x 0.75 sqmm shielded control cables ,pvc insulated copper armoured, controll panel for auxilaries with starters for pumps,heaters etc

RCC foundation with necessary earth work ,PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete / RCC M-30 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, Plinth beam along with necessary form work / TMT bars of 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bidning with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia securing with clips / 10 mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6),even and smooth without using extra cement / Sand filling in layers around the foundation including watering and consolidation as per OEM dimensions

(l) Acoustic Enclosure shall comprise of the following (i)ƒSpecially designed to meet stringent MoEF/ CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1mtr at 75% load under free field conditions ƒƒ(ii)The Acoustic Enclosure as per CPCB Norms is made of CRCA sheets in Munselgreen shade and a structural/ sheet metal base frame painted in black. or any other standard colour as specified by the OEM ƒƒ(iii)High quality noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material (P.U. Foam) complying to IS8183 designed to have optimum serviceability ƒƒ(iv)Air inlet louvers specially designed to operate at rated load,ƒ Made on special purpose CNC machines for consistency inquality and workmanship ƒƒ(v)11 tank pretreatment process and UV resistant powder coating of all parts to withstand extreme environment, Use of special hardware for longer life,ƒƒ Flush styling - no projections,ƒƒ Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel,ƒFuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure

Note for Item No. 01 to 04 (i) Rate quoted shall include the necessary T&P , RCC foundation , structural works required to support the acessoriess of DG set such as AMF panels, controll cables, Radiators / cooling tower, Exhaust mufflers and water circualtion system / cooling System (ii) rate quoted includes the cost of All fuel ( high speed diesel) , lubes and collant required to carry out the no load and full load test of not less than 24 hrs as diercted by the accepting officer (iii) Rate quoted includes the cost of B check for the DG set such as replacement of lube oil, oil/ fuel filters /belts, O rings consumeables after the test run of the DG set during the warrenty period first 250 hrs or One year which ever is earlier after the date of commissioning

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 630 sqmm single core with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

M&L for installation, testing & commissioning of waterless and maintenance free chemical earthing with 50 MM dia CU bonded MS rod of length 3.00 mtr below ground level including duly augering in ground pre cast or in situ cast in high purity electrically conductive granutar material having ultra low resistive value to achiev resistance below 02 Ohms connected with 32 x 4 MM copper strip complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meters wide & not exceeding 1.5 meters in depth for laying of cable and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L for HDPE pipe,of size 180 mm dia suitable for 0.3 MPA working pressure with all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work, exposed surface of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement
