d. Winding: Copper wound Squirrel cage

f. Method of Cooling: Air Cooled with Fan Mounted
g. Method of starting: Star - Delta.,
h. Class of Insulation: Suitable for above rating
The pump-motor should be mounted on a common base frame fabricated of M.S channel of suitable size and duly fitted with T- type foundation bolts /nuts and washers to make the pumping unit vibration free. The pump and motor should be coupled through suitable coupling. The coupling faces should be checked for both angular and axial alignment with the help of tapered gauges/feeler gauges or dial indicator. The job also includes providing and fitting of priming arrangement like priming pump with all allied accessories. The Job further includes testing and commissioning of pumping unit on full load and no load at site. The job includes Providing and Fitting of flanged rubber hose pipe of desired Dia for suction side of the pump not less than 12m in length with suitable foot valve.
