Note for item No.1 to 3 above : Rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive for following provisions : (a) The operating staff shall be capable for attending minor defects/ rectification and replacement blown fuses,maintenance of 2/4 pole structures etc. Necessary tools shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (b) Supplying required stationery materials for preparing duty roaster ,complaint slip,log sheet etc without any extra cost.The log sheets will be maintained by the contractor in each installation.Contractor shall provide Log Book,Attendance Register,Plant running record book etc. (c) Carrying out daily maintenance of installation (as mentioned in BOQ & particulars specification), buildings and surroundings of the buildings including cleaning and removing all vegetation all around the installation upto 3 meter from the plinth protection complete. (d) Necessary uniform,safety shoes,mobile communication system in complaint cell and transport for attending complaints to tradesman to be provided by the contractor. (e) The contractor shall provide the details of individual's EPF and ESI account number for record. (f) The Technician/Tradesman Employed by the contractor will not work continuously for 7 days.The Employee shall work for six days continuously and should be given one day off with payment as per contract labour Act as refered in Condition 58 of IAFW 2249 (g) The site documents such as Log sheet,Attendance Register etc will be checked daily by JE ,weekly by Engineer-in-charge and monthly by GE . (h) All plant and Machinery equipment and other items belongs to installation,Manpower including their safety shall be responsibility of the Contractor. (i) Minor stores as required shall be provided by the contractor . (j) Contractor shall submit insurance cover of all the Tradesman employed by him for 11 months period.

Manning and operation of tractor of make 'Escort' with jungle jim of make 'HIMCO' and offset disc harrow mounted including carryout daily checks/ maintenance and operating the jungle jim for grass cutting and off set harrow mounted for sand ploughing at runway shoulders by one DME per day complete all as specified and directed. No of shift : 01 Shift/ day (Shift timing 09.00 Hrs to 17.00 Hrs ) Number of Labour : One DME person with experience in trade for each shift

Note for item No.4 to 5 above : Rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive for following provisions : (a) The operating staff shall be capable for attending minor defects/ rectification and replacement of spare parts etc. Necessary tools shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (b) Supplying and maintaining required car diary, log book of vehicle and acounting of fuel drawn/spent etc without any extra cost. (c) Carrying out daily /weekly/monthly maintenance of vehicle. (d) Necessary uniform,safety shoes,mobile communication system in complaint cell and transport for attending complaints to tradesman shall be provided by the contractor. (e) The contractor shall provide the details of individual's EPF and ESI account number for record. (f) The Technician/Tradesman Employed by the contractor will not work continuously for 7 days.The Employee shall work for six days continuously and should be given one day off with payment as per contract labour Act as refered in Condition 58 of IAFW 2249 (g) The site documents such as Log sheet,Attendance Register etc will be checked daily by JE ,weekly by Engineer-in-charge and monthly by GE . (h) All vehicle including Manpower and their safety shall be responsibility of Contractor . (i) Minor stores required shall be provided by the contractor . (j) Contractor shall submit insurance cover of all the Tradesman employed by him for 11 months period.

General note for item No. 01 to 05 above : (a) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than Minimum wages as notified by Government of India/State Government/Local body which ever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employees towards Employees provident Fund (EPF),contribution towards Employees State Insurance corporation (ESIC), contribution of Bonus and Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) under respective headings/sub items.In case the rates quoted are less than the prevaling rates/instructions under any headings,the bid will be treated as "Non Bonafide/Invalid" and such bid will not be considered for Acceptance.In such case ,the lowest bidder shall be determined from amongst of the valid/Bonafide bids only .The tender will be considered for financial evaluation only if the rates are found bonafide . (b) "Nil or Zero " quoiting against over heads and profit shall be render the bid as "Non-Bonafide" and will be rejected. (c) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes,cess,levies as applicable including GST . (d) Contractor shall quote rates only upto two digits after decimal place as per IS No 02 1960 or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. (e) In case of tie amongst bidders,the criteria as specified in Scheduel "A" notes serial No 25 on serial page No 20 of tender document shall be applied to decide the lowest bidder for acceptance. (f) Bonus will be applicable along with manpower required in the tender and as per Bonus rule. The quoted rate against bonus is to be considered for payment on actual basis.The contribution towards Bonus amount is payable only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of having paid the requisite amount of bonus to the Tradesman.The contractor has to submit the proof of bonus paid by him to Tradesman at the time of RAR/final bill.similarly items/sub items of contribution towards EPF and ESIC shall also be payable after submission of valid and authentic document in support of proof of payment.
