Design, supply, install, testing & commissioning of WATER SOFTNER PLANT of capacity 400000 GPD Volume of water with plant run for 20 hrs with including comprising of following:- (Location: P/H No.5 and 42 ADSR)

(i) Raw water monoblock centrifugal feed pump of capacity 46.5 Cum/Hr at 30 mtr head -3 Nos (2 Nos. Working+1 No. Standby)

(ii) Dual media filter with Sand supporting media manually operated of capacity 46 Cum/Hr 1800 mm dia 1800 mm height of straight 2.5 kg/sqcm operating pressure-02 Nos.

(iii) Softner of capacity 46 Cum/hr , OBR 920 cum @ 310 PPM Hardness Dia 2200 mm 2500 mm height on straight operating pressure 2.5 Kg/sqcm 5700 Ltrs media quantity - 02 Nos.

NOTE:- Provision of Interconnecting piping to complete system and all instrumentation like pressure gauge, temp. gauge, level switch etc as recommended by manufacturer shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor .

(i) Raw water monoblock centrifugal feed pump of capacity 22.5 Cum/Hr at 30 mtr head -01 No.

(ii) Dual media filter with Sand supporting media manually operated of capacity 22.5 Cum/Hr 1200 mm dia 1500 mm height of straight 2.5 kg/sqcm operating pressure-01 No.

(iii) Softner of capacity 22.5 Cum/hr OBR 450 cum @ 310 PPM Hardness Dia 1600 mm 2500 mm height on straight operating pressure 2.5 Kg/sqcm 5320 Ltrs media quantity - 01 No.

(iii) The unit rate quoted by the contractor against the above items shall be deemed to be included for all above provisions.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump set electric driven, 3 Phase, 415 volt, 50 Hz 2920 RPM having discharge upto 30000 Ltrs/hr at 54 M complete, all as specified & directed. (Location: 42 ADSR from proposed sump to overhead tank) Make : Cat Part No. MIPH15.2B of Crompton or equivalent of Make KSB/Kirloskar. Material for Construction:- Cast iron impeller : Stainless steel shaft.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning factory made and tested (including CPR! type test certified) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK), outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase & neutral, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system, protection class IP-65, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars of 200 Amps rating in colour code RYB with 3 phase & neutral installed on insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA MS sheet and 40 x 40 x 6mm thick angle iron for base frame work. The complete feeder pillar box shall be powder coated inside & outside (of approved shade) including suitable size of copper strip from bus bar to MCCB and internal wiring with PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cables of appropriate size but not less than 6 sqmm with proper ferrule & cable gland, front openable with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter including locking arrangement as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and directed including supply & fixing of the following :(Location - 42 ADSR)

(2 Nos. for Booster pump , 1 No. for filteration plant and 1 No. standby) (c) Multifunction meter Class 1.0, Three line Bakelite LCD Display with back sealing arrangement , with meter run hour & power on Hour, AVG , Max & total value of Active , reactive & apparent power & span shot of power ( KW) , current (l) , Voltage (V) & PF with programmable CT Ratio of +5A along with Suitable size core CTS for current sensing (Make HPL Cat Part No NEMFVIFPPE000 or equivalent of Make L & T / Secure / Conserve.) (d) Single Phasing Preventor (Auto Reset, 40 Volts Unbalance) (Make - Minilec VSP 2 or equivalent of L&T / Siemens / Schneider / ABB / BCH / Havells) - 02 Nos. (e) Phase Sequence Corrector Relay for 15 HP motor, 3 Phase — 02 Nos. (f) Fully automatic star delta starter in sheet steel enclosure, suitable for 15 HP electric motor, 3 Phase, AC - 3 Duty, 415 Volt, 50 Hz - 02 Nos. (g) Power factor correction capacitor 5 KVAR, Three 'Phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz, heavy duty, cylindrical type, resin filled — 02 Nos. (h) Indication lamp 22.5mm dia LED type 240 volts AC to show three phase availability-01 Set.

NOTES:- (i) LT panel shall be fixed on platform with PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate 15cm thick in foundation, brick masonry in CM (1:6) and 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on exposed surfaces and 150mm thick PCC padding in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be 60cm height from the nearest road level/floor level, complete all as specified and directed. (ii) All incoming MCCB shall be connected through MCCB spreaders with incoming bus bar and incoming cable shall be connected with incoming bus bar. (iii) Drawing of LT Panel shall be got approved well in advance from GE before fabrication of LT Panel. (iv) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for supply & fix provision of 65mm lock with 2 keys. Make of Lock :- Godrej / Harrison / Link. (v) Cost of suitable platform, MCCB spreaders, cable glands, locking arrangement with lock and key and any minor addition/alteration if required at site (the decision of GE will be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor addition/alteration) shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (vi) The unit rate quoted by the contractor against the above item shall be deemed to be included for all above provisions.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to galvanised earth strip 32 X 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel upto test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to test point incl PCC earth pit with precast RCC cover, GI funnel with wire mesh, GI protection pipe of 40mm dia, medium grade for earth lead protection from earth plate to test point and 20mm GI pipe medium grade for watering, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, filling the pit with charcoal and common salt surrounding the earth plate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including testing on completion. NOTES:- (i) The concrete pit shall be of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with suitable handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe for protection of earth strip including earth strip up to 7.5 Metre. (iii) Any variation of GI pipe and GI strip below or above 7.5 metre shall be adjusted through deviation. (iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.
