Polycab / Havell's / RR Cable/Gloster/KEI) partly in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) [for ceiling portion only] and in 19mm bore, 3mm thick polythene pipe [for horizontal & vertical run embedded in wall], with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Modular type switch (Legrand / Schneider / Anchor Roma) fixed on Modular GI switch board (65mm depth - same make) complete with 2 no. suitable size “Ph & N” copper bar with top cover plate making earthing attachment fixed on wall incl. mending good damages to original finish. Cutting Channel of size (40 mm x 40 mm) on masonry wall by Electric operated cutting machine incl. supplying & fixing heavy gauge 19 mm, 3 mm thick Polythene pipe by means of anchoring chemical (Hilti/Sika) and GI 'U' hooks of 8 SWG incl. supplying and drawing 18 SWG GI wire as Fish wire and mending good damages to original finish by using own tools and tackles. (P/No., E-3. I/No. 6 (a) 19 mm dia 3 mm thick polythene pipe without earth continuity wire

Cutting channel of 43 mm x 43 mm size on masonry wall incl. S&F heavy gauge polythene pipe dia as stated below, by means of iron hooks and supplying and drawing 18 SWG GI Wire as fish wire incl. mending good damages to building works (P/No., E-3. Supplying and fixing double door Vertical TPN MCB Distribution board for MCCB incomer with IP-42/43 protection, on angle iron frame on wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment (Make-Legrand, 8 way Enclosure - 607914/ Siemens/ ABB/ Schneider) as to GS. Supplying and fixing double door Horizontal TPN MCB Distribution board with IP-42/43 protection, on wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment (Make-Legrand 6 way, Enclosure - 607716/ Siemens/ ABB/ Schneider) as to GS. Supplying and fixing double door sheet steel (16SWG), powder coated cable end box for TPN DB horizontal / vertical enclosure with IP-42/43 protection, on angle iron frame on wall & mending good the damages to original finish with nuts bolts etc incl. provision for earthing attachment Vide page no D-12 item no 16 a. 6 way horizontal TPNDB

E. Laying of cables :--- Laying of 4 core 70 sqmm Al. armoured PVC/XLPE cable with 2X10 SWG GI wire making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting as mentioned below : (from panel to VTPNDB). (Vide page no F-1,F-3 Item no 2 & 5,6) a. on wall by clamp

F. Supply of Light Fittings :--- Supply and Delivery of 4 feet Industrial box type single LED tube fitting incl. Supply & Delivery of 1 no. 240V, 20 W LED Tube (Polycarbonate with heat sink) with glare free light distribution with CCT (5000K-6500K) having minimum luminous efficiency of 100 Lm/ Watt or better & 50,000 LED burning hours or more. [Make- Philips/ Wipro/ Lighting Technology/ manufacturer with own NABL accredited lab with valid test certificate] [LED lamps & accessories shall have BEE certification]

Supply and Delivery of 4 feet Industrial box type twin LED tube fitting incl. Supply & Delivery of 2 no. 240V, 20 W LED Tube (Polycarbonate with heat sink) with glare free light distribution with CCT (5000K-6500K) having minimum luminous efficiency of 105 Lm/ Watt or better & 50,000 LED burning hours or more. G. Fixing of Light Fittings :--- Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length. (Vide page no C-2, Item no 17)

I. Fixing of fans :--- S & Fixing 240V, Modular Socket (2 Module) type fan regulator (Step type) (Mk, Legrand / Schneider / Anchor Roma) on existing Modular GI switch board with top cover plate incl. making necy. connections etc.

Engraving the deptt. number with 10 mm lettering on the body of fan upto 10 letters incl. hifen, stroke or stop. Vide page no C-3, Item no 24.a.

Extra for additional one letter incl. Hifen, stroke and stop as per GS. Vide page no C-3, Item no 24.b

Painting upto 10 letters of the engraved number with approved black /red paint as required. Vide page no C-3, Item no 26.a.

Supplying & Fixing MS fan clamp of two piece type for RC ceiling as per approved specification, fabricated from 40 mm x 9 mm MS flat including making good damages to building roof with satisfactory finishing and painting Vide page no D 14 Item no 29

Fixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush, etc. incl. S&F connecting wire for down rod upto 30 cm incl. painting the rod with approved paint and making necessary connection as required by 2x1.5 sqmm flexible copper wire as per G.S. Vide page no C-3, Item no 21.a.

S & F fan down rod (14 SWG) incl. necessary connection wire (2X1.5sqmm cu wire) and painting the down rod as per direction of EIC including connecting the fan body to fan clamp by supplying S.S. Strain wire as per approval of EIC.

Fixing only Wall Bracket fan on wall by S & F 8" x 10" size (1" Thick) HW Board, rag bolts, nuts and washers (6 mm dia x 62 mm long) or as required incl. S & F 24/.20 PVC insulated flexible copper wire 0.5 mt. length.

Fixing only exhaust fan after making hole in wall and making good damages and smooth cement finish etc. as practicable as possible and providing necy. length of PVC insulated wire and making connection for exhaust of dia 12" (30 cm)as per GS.Vide page no C-4, Item no 28.

Supply & Fixing GI sheet (20SWG) metal Cowl with MS flat iron frame & GI wire mesh on wall with necy. bolts & nuts (6 mm dia x 62 mm long) for 30 cm Exhaust fan (12").

UPS:- SITC of 6 KVA True Online Double Conversion IGBT based UPS system with Advanced DSP based Technology having minimum output power factor 0.9 with 415V Three phase input & 415V Three phase output and following minimum accessories. a) in built / External isolation Transformer b) Suitable size Battery rack c) Total minimum 5376VAH SMF battery (FR) for each UPS to provide 30mins. J. Miscellaneous :--- Supply & fixing 250V control starter type OLP 30M, 22-32A range, starter with AC looad display (make-- ultratech/Electron)

Supply and fixing ding dong type call bell (mk Anchor )

Supply & Fixing angular batten holder (Anchor) on 75mm dia PVC round block / round bakelite on wall/ ceiling. Vide page no D 13 Item no 22

Supplying and fixing 415V, 125 A TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on flat iron/angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating. Make-- LK/Schneider (vide pg no D-3 item no. 4a)

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. a. 50 mm dia

b. 80 mm dia

S & F PVC water proof looping cable box (make -Sintex, size--250X200X105 mm) having hinged type PVC top cover having 4 mm thick rubber gasket lining & earthing terminal etc .The box should comprising of 1 no. din rail for fixing of 415V, 6A, DP MCB (make-- L&T) and 63A 4 way Terminal bar etc. complete with all accessories as per direction of EIC.

Supply and installation of 1-Phase timer in double door SPN DB (2+10) way providing incoming and outgoing copper wires and other accessories. The interconnection should be made by 2.5 sq.mm. copper wires. The box should be painted by powder coated paint. (a) 25A DP MCB -1 No. (b)Analog time switch - 1 No. (c) 2-pole 30A single phase power contactor, - 1 No. (d) Add-on auxiliary contact block(1 NO+1 NC) -1 no (e) 60A capacity 3 way AC/DC Epoxy terminal block.- 1 No. (f) Indicator Lamp (ESBEE make)-2 Nos. (g) Toggle switch,(ON_OFF_ON)- 1 No. (h) Steel Key Lock – 1 No. (Make- LK /ABB)

Supply & errection of special type Pilfer proof Inverter & battery net guard of giving deep fabrication to suitable M.S. angle, flats and the Section 1"x1" 10 SWG welded mech I.R.C. netting suitable for fixing on wall covering the existing Inverter & battery, should be sterdely and electri- cally welded in a measurement of front side of the board should be covered by 2 Nos. door palla made of 25mmX 5mm flat (column & vertical) and inverter & battery guard structure should be made of 35X35X5mm angle left & right side of the inverter & battery will be covered by 1"x1" , 10SWG I.R.C. Net & also raised on same combination be covered by 10 SWG I.R.C. Net with help of reqd. angle & flat to cover up fabrication will be complete in a compact position finally the protection should be painted with moisture proof red oxide primer & approved paint incl. carrying charge. ( vide A /No- 146/T of 23-24)

J:-Cable tray Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support. With 25x25x3mm angle iron support [D-14/34.a(ii)] size-300x50x1.25mm (18SWG) .

Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray bend with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling with two nos. suspenders & 25x25x3mm angle iron for supporting the cross member incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support.size- [D-15/34.(b)] 300x50x1.25mm (18SWG).

Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray tee with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling with two nos. suspenders & 25x25x3mm angle iron for supporting the cross member incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support.size- [D-15/34.(c)] 300x50x1.25mm (18SWG).

L:-Earthing:- Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.[G-2/4.(a)]

Supply & Delivery of 240V, 18/ 20 W LED Tube (Polycarbonate with heat sink) with glare free light distribution with CCT (5000K-6500K) having minimum luminous efficiency of 100 Lm/ Watt or better & 50,000 LED burning hours or more.
