A.M.C of 125 KVA Mahindra D.G set installed in District Hospital Nahan,District Sirmour(H.P.). The following will be the scope of Preventive Maintainance
Six Visits including 2 No. B-check in a Year to check the general condition of a Machine & check and set operation parameters as specified by company
Service of D.G sets will be carried out strictly as per Standard Norms and all spare parts will be charged extra
Lube oil and filter change will be carried out strictly as per Standard Norms
Replacement of Air cleaner element as per standard Norms
Check and monitor the performance during each visit
To check ensure optimum performance of sub-Assemblies of Machine
To check fuel timings tappet clearance etc for Diesel Engines and reset the same as req
to check all the fasteners
To check and set operation of warning Devices
To check and set operational parameters of breakdown of Engines
Labour charges will not claim for above mentioned work
Unlimited Emergency visits in a year to check the general condition of a Machine & check and set operation parameters as specified by company
Cost extra for outer work which will be done in market rate as per site requirement
