Replacement of aluminium isolator pad clamp 75 mm x8 mm for 11 kv 800 amp(All material supplied by the contractor)

Providing and fixing of GI nut bolt and washer of different size(All material supplied by the contractor)

Installation and providing of 6.6KV isolator/ABGO switch 1200Amp suitable for 6.6/3.3KV OH line(fixed and moving contact of the ABGO switches must be of copper metal )

Proving of safety lock with the key as per the instruction of EIC.

PART 5 (Repairing of different circuit breaker )

Cleaning, checking/maintenance / spring charging motor repairing with complete overhauling and testing of breaker / panels with all operation mechanism including control system and connection work etc. in all respect of 33KV &11 KV Panel.

Replacement of existing defective fused indicating lamp (LED) Red, Blue and Yellow colour having 110/230 V AC.

Replacement of existing defective Ampere meter suitable for 200A

Replacement of existing defective Volt meter suitable for 12KV

Providing and fitting of Earth leakage and over current Relay IDMT, Rated out put current 1 Amp used in 33 KV panel.

Connection of complete electrical wiring for operation, tripping and holding circuit etc as required .Synchronizing of all electrical control system and operation circuit with main operation panel .

Panel repairing ,painting and welding work (welding work, cutting work and replacement of damaged part of electrical panel) with all required material like GI plate ,welding machine ,various types of nut bolt and other items.

PART 6 (Earthing/Lighting/Surge Arrestor)

Earthing with G.I. Pipe 3.25 mtrs to 4.5 mtrs long 40mm dia including accessories and providing masonary enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe with salt, coke (charcoal) for pipe earth electrodes as per IS 3043 including connection, testing, and commissioning.

Supply and laying of 50mmx6mm G.I.strip for connecting soldering etc as required

Supply and erection of lightening arrestor (copper trisul type)

Supply and fixing of 3/4" dia GI Pipe (1 mtr. length) on top of pole including welding/ clamping with nut and bolt.

Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
