Repair and Renovation of Amarda PHC Building in the District of Balasore under AMA Hospital Initiatives Phase II for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows & ventilators including removal of frame,hinges,fastenings and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50 m lead etc complete

Dismantling & removing R.C.C. Columns, beams,slab, staircase landing lintels includingstacking the useful material for reuse and removing the debris within 50 meter lead.

Dismantling brickwork, stone nasonry in clay under 3meter height including stacking the useful material for reuse and removing the debris within 50 meter lead.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

4cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab using 12mm & downgraded size hard granite chips for old work including providing chicken mess with cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete.

6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chipping and slurry treatment with cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete.treatment.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance royalties,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of MS doors, windows, grill & grill gate including cost conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour,T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
