(d) Modification in piping work 125mm:- (i) MS pipe "B" class 125mm of make Jindal (ii) MS flange 125mm (iii) MS elbow 125mm (iv) Nut, bolts (v) Butterfly valve 125mm of make Castle (vi) Non return valve of make Castle (vii) Gasket 3mm (viii) 10 Sq.mm 3.5 core armoured conductor cable ISI (ix) Motor starter DOL type ISI marked (x) GI pipe 3/4 make up (Make: Jindal). Supply & fixing of electrostatic scale of non-chemical water treatment system for plant of capacity 72 TR (3x36 TR) with electrically operated control panel, gazing outer casing shall be made of 304 grade stainless steel with catalytic (copper) metal electrode with both ends flanged and capable of preventing scale formation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of electrostatic scale of non-chemical water treatment system for plant of capacity 40 TR (3x20 TR) with electrically operated control panel, gazing outer casing shall be made of 304 grade stainless steel with catalytic (copper) metal electrode with both ends flanged and capable of preventing scale formation complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing of electrostatic scale of non-chemical water treatment system for plant of capacity 160 TR (3x80 TR) with electrically operated control panel, gaving outer casing shall be made of 304 grade stainless steel with catalytic (copper) metal electrode with both ends flanged and capable of preventing scale formation complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of evaporator of capacity 80 TR Air cooled scroll chiller with R-22 refrigerant, 440 volt, 50 Hz with electrically operated control panel and inner casing/tube with catalytic (copper) with one end flanged including taking out old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : Blue Star or equivalent suitable for existing plant as mentioned in PS.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of compressor sealed unit 20 TR capacity suitable for R-22 refrigerant, 3 phase 415 volt after disconnecting all electrical connections and including flushing old gas and recharging with appropriate quantity of R-22 refrigerant gas including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : Danfoss, Model No. SY300A4PBE or equivalent suitable for existing plant as mentioned in PS.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of split air conditioners units, wall mounted, star rated indoor and outdoor units complete with cordless remote control and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.5 of capacity 2.0 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for colour code marking in AC plant for all pipe line including cleaning, painting, insulation of water/coolant flow system of chiller and servicing of all type of valves as instructed complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The contract sum shall be derieved by deducting the amount shown in Schedule of Credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
