Transportation of suitable truck/tractor mounted where only road available, DTH & ODEX/ Precussion Calyx/RC drilling with portable rigs alongwith necessary accessories etc. to the site of work and erection of portable rig including levelling etc. complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Drilling bores of 152 mm dia as per IS : 2800-1979 using ODEX ( TUBEX) attachement required drilling in collapsible strata conglomerate, boulder, pebble,gravels, silt, clay etc. including cost of attachments, consumable stores, bits, water, POL etc. complete with system of simultaneous lowering of 125 mm nominal bore, 5.0 mm thick MSERW fincut casing pipe which will be welded together using 2.5 mm or 3.25 mm dia. Advani Oerlikon electrodes, with one plain end and the other end chamfered to 50 degrees removing paint on the area to be welded, inclusive of the cost of bio-degradable and non-toxic foam flush etc. complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. MSERW fincut casing pipe, casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX to be paid separately per item 6.

Supplying and lowering of IS marked 125 mm N.B. 5mm thick fincut MSERW casing pipes as per IS 4270 : 2001 and requirement of ODEX attachment from approved manufactures complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing suitable casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX attachment complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Development of borewell and yield testing with air compressor through V notch and disinfection etc. complete in all respects as per IS:2800: 1979 and as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.

Construction of plate form as per approved design/ drawing of department 1.80 mtr dia with pucca drain for waste water Each having size of drain 1000x300x100mm with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone agg. (100mm thick in bed and 100mm thick in sides of drain / plate form and providing under layer for plate form with stone soling 150mm thick and providing RCC smooth finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement3 Sand) including the cost of excavation and form work curing complete in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and installing submersible pump confirming to ISS 9034-1976 alongwith directly coupled submersible type squirrel cage electric induction motor suitable for operation on 230/415 Volt. 50 C.P.S A.C supply, water lubricated bearing and provided with pivoted segment type thurst bearings to with stand non vertical lead with minimum wear and tear and dully fitted withdevice to take upto the expension of water with heating of motor complete in all respect.including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts (Make KSB/Kirlosker/Crompton Discharge:- LPS Head:- (three phase, 3 horse power)

Supply and fixing of control panel for submersible pump complete with shaft and angle iron, febricated dully painted and complete with internal wiring and comparising of air break starter mainswitch of suitable Amp., T.P. volte meter, ameter, phase indicating lamps.including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Supply and fixing submersible cable to submersible sets.including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing supporting clamps to submersible pump sets including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing panel box made of M.S. sheet angles of size .50x.45x1.50 mtr. With legs of M.S. angle of size 40x40x6mm long including M.S. shutters capable to accommodate energy meter panel box for motor and tool., Kit box complete in all respect as per design including entire carriage of material up to all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing PVC coated ropewire 6mm dia suitable to wear the weight of submersible motor pump set etc. including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Lowering, testing and jointing of HDPE Pipe 40mm dia 10Kg. Presssure heavy duty including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of GI Pipe 40 mm dia including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts including excavtion in trenches wherever required and clamping on the walls etc. including necessary accessories like union, socket etc.

Providing and fixing allied accessories such as cap, adaopter etc. complete in all respect.

Carrying out water survey and locate the site for borewell with 1LPS and all as directed.
