Demolishing cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material at any lead complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down existing WPT of any description including PCC padding etc. roughening surfaces of old concrete floors / slabs and washing down with water to remove dust particles complete including preparation of surface to receive plastering and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for PCC on roof padding with Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) mixed with WPC complete all as specifed and as directed. Note :- WPC Shall be measured separately

M&L for cutting grooves in brick/concrete wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal of grooves with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heat resistant tiles 300x300 or more in roof (minimum 8 mm thickness or to be specified by the manufacturer which ever is higher) in any colour and shade as approved by GE over APP membrane jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete laid over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling tile work of any thickness in floors, walls and roofs including cement mortar bedding, removing of rubbish material upto any lead complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 500 m lead complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for providing and laying Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size 600 x 1200 mm or more in floor (minimum 8 mm thickness or to be specified by the manufacturer which ever is higher) in any colour and shade as approved by GE with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying non skid Ceramic floor tiles 7-8 mm thick of size 300x300mm or more of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, in any colour and shade as approved by GE of approved brand & manufacturer, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete all as specified and directed

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles 450x300x7mm / 600x300x7mm conforming to IS: 15622, in any colour and shade as approved by GE of approved brand & manufacturer in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm nominal size aggregate including the cost of centering and shuttering complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 for plinth protection etc. using 20mm nominal size aggregate including the cost of centering and shuttering complete all as specified and directed.

Forming expansion joint of 10mm width and 50mm depth including filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound Using grade 'A' sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834 for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling with Aluminium/GI frame work including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 500 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with designer tiles fibre cement board 6 mm thick as per IS: 14862 (High pressure steam cured) of approved texture fixed or laid/inserted to GI/Aluminium framework with suitable screws etc. complete all as specified and directed. (frame work to be paid seperatately).

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter 30mm thick of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. (Note:- SS hinges shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board with both side decorative choice lamination, flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) window grill, Gate/railing made of hollow tubes, channels, flats, angles, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) including fixing the same with and including necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the RCC/brick wall with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for preparation of newly plastered/undecorated surfaces of walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified & directed.
