Construction of infrastructure for 22nd Bn. Hqrs SSB having (i) Office Building & (ii) Admin block/Training Block including IEI and Fans, Substation, Fire detection and Alarm System, DG sets and (iii) Boundary wall etc. at Maharajganj under Frontier Lucknow UP. (SH: Preparation and submission of Structural Design & Drawings).

Providing comprehensive consultancy services for structural design of Admin Building (G+2), boundary wall (~3100 m), sentry post, guard room and all ancillary structures such as STP, Overhead Water Tank, Underground Sump, Septic Tank, Rain Water Harvesting system, CC roads, drainage, culverts etc., including the following scope of work: a) Design Basis & Approval: Preparation and submission of design basis report including basic design data, loads, assumptions and relevant codal provisions for approval of the Engineer-in-charge prior to commencement of design work. b) Structural Analysis & Design: Carrying out detailed structural analysis using standard software (STAAD/ETABS) including preparation of load, moment, shear force charts and design calculations for all structural components such as foundations, walls, columns, beams, slabs, staircase, mumty, machine room, overhead and underground tanks, tubewell structures etc., complete. c) Preparation of Drawings (Structural & Allied Services): Preparation and submission of detailed drawings including: i) Structural layout ii) Foundation and plinth beam details iii) Column details iv) Floor-wise slab and beam details including terrace v) Staircase and mumty details vi) RCC bands and mullions for AAC brickwork vii) Drawings for water supply, sewerage, drainage, storm water, rain water harvesting system, underground sump, overhead tank, compound wall, road drains, culvert etc. d) Proof Checking & Incorporation: Getting the structural design and drawings proof checked from any of the IITs, NITs, Govt. Engineering College, Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) and other central/state Govt. Institutes approved by the Engineer-in-Charge and submission of proof check reports along with comments/recommendations and incorporation of all observations/instructions issued by proof consultant and Engineer-in-Charge, complete. e) Quantification: Preparation of detailed quantities of RCC and reinforcement steel including Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), with separate quantities for below plinth and above plinth levels, complete. f) Deliverables: Submission of all drawings in original, duly signed, in 8 (eight) sets (A1 size) along with soft copies (AutoCAD format) and complete structural analysis models (STAAD/ETABS) in soft and hard copies (including required digital media), complete. g)Construction Stage Support: Providing necessary clarifications, revisions (including minor architectural changes) and technical support during execution without any extra cost.
