Providing and laying Cement conc 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Random Rubble Masonry / polygonal rubble masonry (Uncoursed / brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement conc. 1 :6 :12 ( 1 Cement : 6 Sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) at pl in CM 1:6

Brick work using 2nd class common burnt clay bricks in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement : 6 Sand )including carriage of material within all leads and lifts

Providing form work of ordinary timber plantings so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for institute reinforced conc and plain conc. work in flat surfaces such as soffits, beams,cantilevers etc.

P/L C.conc. 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 Sand: 4 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced conc. Work include power mixer and vibrator in Suspended floors, roofs, landing, their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position.

15mm th Plaster in two coats backing coat 10mmand finishing coat 5mm thick on fair side of brick masonry as well as rough side of brickmasonry /conc.upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles chafter and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4

6mm th Cement Plaster to ceiling in Cement mortar (1 :4 )

Stone soiling properly hand packed filling interstics with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the required gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth work etc. ( 100mm th. Spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour )

Providing and laying Cement conc 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

C.conc. Flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 Sand: 4 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

White glazed tiles 6mm th. In flooring, treads of steps and landin laid on a bed of 12mm th. Cem. Mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand ) with flush pointing in white cement.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Distempering two coats with oil bound washeble distemper of approved quality to applied on undecorated wall surfaces to give smooth and even surfaces complete in all recpect .

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete.
