Earth work excavation for road works in all soil with initial lead and left etc complete (ordinary soil(SS 20A) Earth work)

Conveyaing the excavated earth and for milling materials to the work site to designated dumping yard from the site to the distance of 0 to 15kms out side of the citylimit including all initial lead, lift, loading and unloading with transportation charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying prime coat over the WMM surface using 7.0kgs of biutmen emulsion (Slow setting 1) per 10 sq.mm area including cost of bitumen emulsion at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quanity of bitumen emulsion as tack coat using bitumen sprayer etc complete as per clause 503 of MORTH specificatios Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack coat over the WMM surface treated with emulsion using 2.50 kgs of bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting 1) per 10 Sq.m area including cost of bitumen emulsion at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface, and applying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion as Tack Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per. Clause 503 of MoRT&H Specifications Rev.5

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc.,including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20- 30t C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all other incidental charges etc., complete using CMP Clause 505 of Morth Rev-5 specification

Providing and laying Tack coat over the existing bituminous surface using 2.0 kgs of bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting 1) per 10 Sq.m area including cost of bitumen emulsion at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface, and applying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion as Tack Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per Clause 503 o MoRT&H Specifications Rev.5

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 19.00-9.50mm metal, 9.5-2.36mm metal 2.36mm and below metal of specified grading aggregates and quarry dust with 37.73 kg of VG30 (60/70 grade) bitumen (procured from state\central public sector undertakings only) for premixing per 10 sq.m including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and stacking them on road side to standard departmental metric gauge for pre-measurement, heating the bitumen in citumen boiler heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen boiler heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant, spreading the mix in the required temperature for uniform thick of 30mm over a previously prepared surface to specified grade and cross section and compaction by pwer roller, including laboru charges, spreading etc including hire charges for machineries etc complete as per clause 509 of MORTH & specifications to achieve the desired compaction.
