Providing and Fixing High-End Ornamental Collapsible Glass Partition for VIP Room Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing premium quality top-hung collapsible/folding glazed partition system of approved make (Schüco / Dormakaba / Reynaers / AluK / equivalent approved premium brand) comprising thermally broken heavy-duty aluminium alloy extruded sections conforming to IS 733 & IS 1285, minimum 2.5 to 3.0 mm thick, with high-performance PVDF matt black (RAL 9005) or dark bronze architectural finish (minimum 70 microns). The system shall consist of multi-panel folding shutters with concealed stainless steel rollers, precision-engineered top track, concealed bottom guide, soft-close mechanism, anti-lift arrangement, multipoint locking system, premium SS 316 hardware, heavy-duty hinges, concealed floor guide and all necessary accessories for smooth, silent and maintenance-free operation. The glazing shall consist of 12 mm thick Ultra Clear Toughened Glass or 13.52 mm Laminated Toughened Safety Glass (6 mm + 1.52 mm SGP/PVB + 6 mm) with light bronze/smoke grey tint (VLT 35–45%), polished edges and safety certification. Glass shall be provided with high-quality decorative ceramic frit border (20–30 mm wide) or subtle vertical acid-etched linear pattern to enhance elegance while maintaining privacy. All exposed edges shall be machine polished. The frame shall incorporate EPDM weather seals, acoustic gaskets, concealed drainage arrangement and silicone weatherproof sealing using Dow Corning / Wacker structural silicone.

All visible fasteners shall be concealed. Handles shall be solid brass with satin PVD bronze finish or SS 316 PVD gold finish, with concealed locking cylinder and premium accessories. The completed partition shall provide a refined, luxurious appearance with minimal sightlines, smooth silent movement, excellent acoustic performance, corrosion resistance, stain resistance and long service life, suitable for high-profile VIP interiors. The rate shall include all materials, fabrication, transportation, fixing, testing, adjustments, hardware, sealants, accessories, labour, scaffolding and all incidental works complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural Glazing: Providing and fixing structural glazing fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated (Base steel as per IS 513 of ‘D’ quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams / sqm.) with total coated thickness of 0.72mm. The glass holding section made of 304 grade SS of 0.6mm thick. Galvanized steel sections are to be used as stiffeners inside the colour coated steel / powder coated sections as per the design requirement. Design calculations are made to suit wind pressures as given in IS 875. Paint specifications: Primer coat with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder upto 50-60 microns thick. Dimensions: The section should be of 37 x 53mm for frame vertical, 37 x 53mm for frame horizontal section and section for reinforcement should be of 31 x 55mm. glass holding section should be of 37 x 37mm for top and bottom grids in between should be of 37 x 18mm Accessories: Brackets made of CRCA powder coated / electro plated should be used to fix vertical at top and bottom and vertical to slab as per site requirement. Polyurethane brackets should be used to connect horizontal section to vertical sections.Silicone: Natural cure, with good UV resistance to be used. The above frame should be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self–expanding cap and driving MS electro plated 80mm long screws into the caps through frames.Glass: 5mm reflective Saint Gobain OR equivalent.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty MS pipe over all height of 3.00m the distance between 2 legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in each rows and providing platform with C.W. planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete form with horizontal bracings @ 1.50m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracings using same 48.30mm dia including cutting, threading assembly with red oxide primer, labour charges cost of speicals such on large plate, shoe, carcher, coupling, bolt and nut transportation charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm 1:2:4 concrete base as per the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Initial height of 3m of length

Every Additional 2.50m height from 3.00m to 39.00m

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:6 using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.
