M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x350x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match (Note: Any disturbed surfaces shall be matched w/o any extra cost to the govt) over and including 10mm thck screed bed below tile for dado/skirting CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 7mm thick non skid coloured ceramic tiles (area of each tile exc 0.06 and nexc 0.11sqm) etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigments and 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified double charged tiles 10 mm thick in size of 600mmx600mm as in floors/skirting/dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepolished Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite black,complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition brick work / block masonry or stone/ boulder masonry, built in built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary type C-1 , using crushed stone 20mm graded aggregate ,set and jointed in cement martar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/pcc block or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
