Type - A, "W" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811

Supply , Fixing & erection of builtup cantilever structure of 6 M span comprising of three vertical posts of 6M Height made up of 300MM N.B. heavey class M.S. pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm M.S. plate at top &12mm M.S. plate at bottom. The horizontal Truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia. heavey class M.S. pipe and 40 mm dia heavevy M.S. pipe as bracing &10 mm M.S. plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per struture design & drawing with one coat of steel primmer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint.The work includes construction of R.C.C.foundation of size .9x.9 m of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including Earth work in excavation, 100 mm thick lean conc. in 1 :4:8 (cement,coarse sand and 40 mmgauge s/ballast) R.C.C.with 1:2:4 (cement,coarse sand and 20 mmgauge s/ballast) includind supply and fixing of 25 mm dia foundation bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design in cludind cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The leteral, vertical clearances and complete installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H SPECIFICATIONS sECTION 800 AND irc-67 2010 complete in all respect.The rates shall be included cost of design , fabrication,supply,transportation,local shifting, erection of shinage structure using crane, inclusive royalty vat etc. all T&P,machine, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing & fixing of retro reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick aluminium composite pannel face to be fully covered with high intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC - 67 : 2010 retro reflective sheeting with MS angle frame of 35 x 35 x 5 mm on ms pole 100m diameter with wall thickness of 7.10 mm weighting 20 kg/rm. as per drewing even as per collering scheme as shown in the drawing.

P/L of Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beeds @ 250 gram per sqm. Area thickness of 2.5 mm. is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes LKO SOR ch 26 SI No 2 morth 803(8.13)

Supplying and instalation of Delinators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object marker) 80-100 cm. high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm. wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panel at the top buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC:79 and the drawing.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing. S/f of Pavement marker (Cat Eye) Type X-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennison/ 3-M (USA make) consisting of ASA plastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound. The housing shall contain prismatic two glass covered prismatic reflective surface to reflect.

Supply and fixing of Linear Delinator System (LDS) panels made of micro prismatic retro reflective sheeting type XI duly laminated on the alluminium foil to a uniq corrugated shape to provice retro reflective across wide range of observations and external angels. Earth LDS panel should be of nominal length of 33 inch and each ridge shall be approximately 0.34 inch high. Each LDS panels is to be firmly fixed on existing concrete / brick work with 16 Nos. fastner crew.

Supply and fixing of Bollard made (Double side) out of 2 mm thick alluminium sheet face to be coverd with high intensity prismatic grade type-IV sheeting legends, letters, numbers and borders etc. should be As per Mort&h specification no. 601.3.7 welded poly shaped to make it monolithik pilllers size 1200 mm high bollard is having a frame 900x900 mm and 600 mm dia for fixation made out of 35x35x5 mm angle iron and from side is fully cover (size of foundation 0.45x0.45x0.60m).
