Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser) of any type and any make upto 50 Litre capacity after disconnecting all electric connection from any height, bringing down to floor descaling the inner container, heating element, base assembly etc. by using diluted hydrochloric acid and cleaning thoroughly, filling the inner container with water and checking and arresting leakage if any, reassembling the geyser after servicing and replacing unserviceable spare parts and refixing including making water connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Spare parts like heating element, thermostats, etc., shall be measured and pair separately.
