Repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts of ceiling fan, 1200mm sweep 230V, AC, single phase by cutting unserviceable winding from fan stator & rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge size, thoroughly cleaning, oiling, greasing all the components including re-fixing of rusted unserviceable screws, hanging clamps with rubber reel, canopy, condensers, bearing, bushes , down rod, blades etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- 1 : Hanging clamps, canopy, condenser , bearing, bushes, clamps,screws,down rod, blades etc shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of BOQ). 2 : Repair/rewinding of fan shall be carried out in MES MT Yard only

All as per Srl item No 01 here-in-before but of sweep 1400 mm .

Notes:- 1. : Condenser,capacitor,bush,bearing,clampd,blades etc shall be measured & paid separately) 2 : Repair/rewinding of fan shall be carried out in MES MT Yard only

All as per Srl item No 03 here-in-before but of sweep 250/300/380 mm complete all specified and directed .

Repair/replacement of unserviceable heavy duty,wall mounted fan, 600 mm sweep,230 V, AC, single phase, cutting unserviceable winding from fan stator & re-winding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge size including thoroughly cleaning, oiling ,greasing all the components including re-fixing of rusted unserviceable screws, 'D' clamps with rubber shoe,ball or bushed bearing, condensers etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- 1. : Condensers, bush, bearing,clamps,screws etc shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of BOQ). 2. : Repair/rewinding of fan shall be carried out in MES MT Yard only

Scraping down old paint of complete body,blades and down rod of ceiling fan, 1200/1400mm sweep, filling the cavities with filler and making the surfaces smooth by sand paper and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray gun/brush as directed, writing the MES No with letter of 20mm size on each fan with black paint complete all as specified & directed.

S&F flexible three core copper cable of size 23/0.0076 for making connection to fan complete all as specified and directed. (Note : 0.8 mtr wire shall be used for making one connection)

Supply only Ball bearing of Ser No 6201 & 6202 complete all as specified & directed. Make : NBC/SKF

Supply only Ball bearing of Ser No 6203 & 6204 complete all as specified & directed Make : NBC/SKF

Supply only gun metal bush as per existing size, specification and make complete all as specified & directed.

Supply,fixing and testing microprocessor based single phase electronic meter, tamper proof, LCD display with polycarbonate cover, 230 V, 10-60 Amp, accuracy class-I, 50 Hz, conforming to IS-13779, IP-54 with parameters to show data, time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH duly sealed by lead & steel wire, making necessary alteration for fixing new LCD energy meter including suitable size of FRP enclosure,locking arrangement and glass cover after removing old unserviceable energy meter of any type & make and deposting the same in MES store yard complete all as specified & directed . Make : L&T / Secure/HPL Note:- List of reading of old & new meter with Ser No. and date of fixing of new meter shall be prepared and handed over to concerned JE.
