CONVERSION OF CORRODED CI/GI DISTRIBUTED PIPE LINE INTO PP-R PIPE LINE AND ALLIED WATER SUPPLY INFRASTRUCTURE AT HATTIGOR MILITARY STATION UNDER GE RANGIA

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old existing GI/CI water mains 100 mm bore (including all fittings and cleaning) with spigot and socket ends and fittings for re-use in the work and removing unserviceable pipes and fittings from site complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 4 above but for size of 80 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 4 above but for size of 50 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 4 above but for size of 40 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 4 above but for size of 25 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 4 above but for size of 20 mm bore.

Supply and laying PP-R Pipes 110 mm dia ( PN 16/ SDR 7.4) with all fittings laid in trenches including testing complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 10 above but for PPR pipe of size 90 mm dia. (PN 16/ SDR 7.4).

All as per serial item No. 10 above but for PPR pipe of size 63 mm dia. (PN 16/ SDR 7.4).

All as per serial item No. 10 above but for PPR pipe of size 50 mm dia. (PN 16/ SDR 7.4).

All as per serial item No. 10 above but for PPR pipe of size 32 mm dia. (PN 16/ SDR 7.4).

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe of 50 mm bore fixed in PP-R pipe lines including dismantling old unserviceable one complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 16 above but valve of size 40 mm bore.

M&L for construction of valve pit of internal size 120 cm X 120 cm X 90 cm with one brick thick brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:4), PCC foundation 15cm thick (1:4:8) type D-2 with 15cm offsets, PCC copping 5 cm thick (1:2:4) type B-1, plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), 40X40X6mm angle iron frame and 3mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement including painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and necessary excavation and earth work including dismantling of existing one complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 18 above but pit of size 90 cm X 90 cm X 60 cm.

S&F cast iron sluice valve for 100 bore pipe heavy duty (PN-1.6) with brass spindle and iron wheel head flanged both ends and including all jointing materials required viz rubber gasket 3mm thick, bots, nuts and washers including dismantling old unserviceable one complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 20 above but for size of 80 mm bore.

Supply and fixing PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) suitable for PP-R pipe of outer dia 25mm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 22 above but valve of size 32 mm bore. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
