Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc including terrazzo top/tile whereever if required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 03% by weight of cement on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces externally if required and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 of cement on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth in patches/exc 3.0 sqm/over all area in ceiling without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for cutting "V" section to cracks in existig roof or terracing/brick wall including cleaning, and grouting with cement sand slurry in CM 1:3 and fixing of chiken wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound of ISI marked approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of white wash including preparation newly plaster surface on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on wall including preparation newly plaster surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel or drains including necessary form works, stops, moulds etc incl demolition of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in floors, beams, chajjas, landing slab in any position or height and similar suspended works complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild Steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintel, roof projection, Coping, chajja, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in chajja roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified with 'J' or 'L' hook / suitable screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending andm welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, fixing brackets for chajja etc. nexc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe - 290 Gde E - 165.

Taking down/removing the existing roof treatment including backing coat if any and disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 100m as directed by Engr-in-Charge M & L for rendering in CM 1:4, 10 mm thick over roof surface finishing fair and even without using extra cement including mixing with WPC as per manufacture instructions and M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top all as specified and directed. (a) Applying bituminous primer of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 litres per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturers, 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woolen polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms/Sqm. (c) Applying two coats of aluminium paint on top of APP membranes Note : - (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be executed through authorised applicator. (ii) A minimum over lap of 100mm and 75mm should be made in the end sides of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all over laps and joints as manufacturer’s instructions.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding laid in two layers of 25 mm each . Chicken wire mess will be placed between two layers of concrete and finished fair/ even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. False groove shall be made in top surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by engr in charege Rate quoted are inclded the cost of chicken wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning surface of sunken portion taking out existing material wall/bottom and applying cement slurry @1.2 Kg per Sqm and applying 15 mm thick cement plastred in CM 1:3 finished even and fair using extra cement and applying two coat of acrylic polymer modified cementious slurry as per manufactureas instruction to make the surface leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement / lime concrete from Sunkan portion in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including surface finishes of any type such as Mosaic, terrazo tile/tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mass concerte Type E-2, 1:5:10 using 40mm graded stone aggregate filling in Sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L ceramic non skid coloured tiles area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqmx7mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580 x440mm white with integral footrest, including trap set and conection to trap, flushing pipe etc. complete including making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet padestral patern EWC, white, including trap set, seat cover and conection to trap, flushing pipe, etc. including making good to floor fixing bolt complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes 40mm dia single socketed in any length fixed at sunken portion as shout with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks exc 250 liters and n.exc 500 liters setting aside(or lowering if reqd ) including cleaning and removing all scale, dirt and funges etc. from tanks and mouth of circulating pipes, with suitable cleaning chemical and brushing the wall and bottom of tanks, washing with clean water, writing including letter i.e. "TANK CLEANED ON ......................(Date)" not exc. 100mm height with synthetic enamel paint for tanks of capacity 250 ltrs to 500 ltrs and refix the same in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Ball brass valves, 20mm high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, 20 mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for ironpipe and fixed (including taking down of existing valve) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in hand rail, parapet etc in any position or height and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as in grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E - 165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in tank plat form lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided complete including necessary formwork & fair furnishing to concrete surfaces, weathering all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of GI Tubing medium grade 20mm bore laid in trenches and as wall complete including cuttings chases in walls and making good, cutting portion including taking up or down existing steel tubing & connection of 15mm/20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
