"Note:- (a) The work for item Sr No. 2 to 10 and item No. 18 shall be executed directly by manifacturer viz Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krisha conchem/Dr Fixit Pidilite or their authorized applicator. Applicator shall be authorized in writing by company and guarantee/responsibility of work executed shall be owned by company in writing. This does not absolve the responsibility of main contractor from any leakage, defects etc of underground sump on completion of the work. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material,labour, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto 15 mtr height. (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts. ropes. helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working as specified at height etc., which are required for safety of working at height exceeding 3m & n exc 15 mtr height shall be mandatary and deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for scaffolding, props as required and approach system from inside the Tank to enable execution of all items of work as may be required of wooden scaffolding with necessary support/propping system etc. complete for safe working.The ladder at all the corners of the scaffolding is required for access to any level for the consultant to inspect the item of work. This items shall be paid once only for entire completion of the work.

M&L for washing of entire surface portion of the Semi underground tank with superheated Hot or cold water to remove grit, moss, algae and other biological matter using heavy jet pressure pumps of Sludge removed from walls and floor.

Chipping ,removing carefully old broken concrete work by low impact hammer ,breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc. complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force. Note: Chipping shall be done carefully to expose the reinforcement and hard concrete.

M & L for applying two coats of anti-rust protective coating in the form of Acrylic Polymer with a minimum solid content to 40% solids mixed with cement in 1:1.5 proportion (1 part polymer and 1.5 parts cement) on rebars after cleaning of rust scales as per manufacturer's instruction. Anti-rust protective shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. Make : Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krisha conchem/Dr Fixit Pidilite. Note :- i) Measurement on the basis of area of concrete exposed. ii) Rate incl scaffolding & Safety Net Cloth at places. (iii) Chemical shall be applied on cleaned surface. Second coat shall be applied after 2 to 03 Hrs of first coat. Minumum coverage area shall be 3.6 to 4 Kg/ Sqm for two coats or as per manufacturer instruction. Allow 12 to 24 Hrs curing time after second coat.

M&L for making hole and filling the metallic packer for injecting hydrophobic PU foam and Sealer as per manufacturer’s instruction. Packers shall be of suitable dia and length and fixed tightly/ sealed. Pressure of injection shall be at least 4-5 bar. Note:- The minimum 1 metallic packer shall used per sqm. Packers should be of suitable dia and length and fixed tightly/ sealed. Pressure of injection should be at least 4-5 bar.

M&L PU grout for plugging live leakage of UG sump slab, floors junction and walls (combined unit) by using construction chemical methods such as, HYDROPHOBIC PU Foaming agent complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Build core chemicals/Piddilite Dr fixit/Fosroc Note:- Surface shall be free from dirt/ foreign materials. Applicatin and mixing shall be as per manufacturers' instruction.

M&L for second course injection of CORESEAL 135A/ CORESEAL 135B (Resin)/Equivalent in Piddilte/Fosroc Make : Build core chemicals/Piddilite Dr fixit/Fosroc

M&L Opening and filling the entire cracks on slab and retaining walls with appropriate Acrylic crack fillers followed by grouting in certain Honeycomb portion with the help of grouting material which provide fluidity cement slurry. Note:- 10% of chemical shall be used by the weight of cement. Make:Build core chemicals/Piddilite Dr fixit/Fosroc as approved by GE. Note:- The crack filler shall be used for gap upto 5 mm on cement/ coincrete surface. Firstly primer shall be prepared from same material in the ratio of 1:1 crack filler and water. After priming the surface the crack filler shall be applied. The area shall not be complete dry while filling the crack filler. Knife/ Spatula shall be used for application of crack sealer. Curing shall be done for period 07 days. The process and application method can be vary as per manufacturer instruction.

M&L for application of first coat of two part Polymerised cementeious coating for Retaining walls and Floor and second coat after dry of first coat. When second coat is wet apply a dash coat of plaster (Sprinkling of mixed dry cement and Sand) complete. Make: Build core chemicals/Piddilite Dr fixit/Fosroc. Note:- Polymerised cementious coating / membrane shall be prepared by mixing dry part with acrylic modified emulsion. Rate of used should be at least 1.95 Kg/ Sqm and thickness of layer after two coats should be at leat 700 micron. Minimum curing period shall be 12-24 Hrs after second coat is applied. The process and application method can be vary as per manufacturer instruction.

M & L 15 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brickwork / concrete or PCC block masonry in CM 1:4 and surface finished even and smooth by mixing liquid waterproofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete. Note:- liquid WPC shall be measured & Paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound hydroseal-W+ or eqivalent (for plaster hardening, to control efflorescence & fungal growth) as approved by GE. Note:- Liquid water proffing compound shall be 200 ml per 50 Kg cement bag or as per manufacturer's instructions.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls,ceilings etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brickwork / concrete or PCC block masonry in CM 1:4 and surface finished even and fair by mixing liquid waterproofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete. Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured&Paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M & L 10 mm thick plaster on fair faces of concrete in CM 1:4 and surface finished even and smooth by mixing liquid waterproofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete. Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured&Paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level )and removing the same out side the premises etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete M-25 grade(Design Mix) as in base slab/floor in water retaining structure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two final coats of water based potable water Epoxy for immediate use of water and prevent unwanted fresh cementitious taste in water all as specified and as directed. Make: Dr Fixit/Fosroc or equivalent Note:- Minimum coverage area should be 1.25 Sqm/ ltr or as per manufacturer instruction. Chemical shall passed all Govtt approved standard criteria. The chemical should free any hazardous impact on drinking water. The contractor will carry out following tests of sample of drinking water stored in repaired sump on his own cost :- a) Colour b) Odour c)Taste d) Turbidity e) Chloride f) Total Alkalinity g) PH h) Free residual chlorine.

Demolition of brick work PCC block mansonry or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry of PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks straight or curved on plan, exc 6m mean radius and exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coats of cement base paint including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC M-10 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/path finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M & L PCC M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges or as in sunken floor complete all as specified & directed

S&F mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Rolled mild steel in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint ( 1st quality) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( 1st quality ) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
