Taking down / Dismantling of Oil immersed starter electrically & mechanically of capacity 7.5 HP to 30 HP of any make /size and transporting from Pump House to Contractor's work shop for carryout necessary repair and overhauling, including re-assembling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) New spares/ parts shall be measured & paid separately for unserviceable parts vide BOQ item No 2 to 12 listed here-in-after. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed included of transporting, repair, overhauling and replacement of spares complete. (iii) Starter of make L&T / BCH / Jyoti provided at site. All spear parts of starter shall be of make as recommended by OEM and approved by GE.

Supply only kit kat fuse suitable for 25 HP starter complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of unserviceable / burnt auto transformer with existing size of winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only reset push button assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing transformer oil di-electric strength not less than 60 kV/cm from oil immersed starter of any rating situated in any sub station located in Cantt duly heated upto the required tempereture complete all as specified and directed.

Attending the complaint of Oil immersed star delta starter with auto transformer upto 50 HP capacity And AMF Panel round the clock including Sunday & Holiday at any location in Lucknow Cantt area with in specified time not more than two hours complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) Work requisition as per Annx I duly signed by all concerned kept on record and shall be submitted to GE alongwith RAR. (ii) Spare parts upto cost of Rs. 100.00 shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the bidder. (iii) Any other spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of this BOQ.

Transportation of submersible pump and motor set complete 20 HP to 30 HP 3 phase, from pump house to contractor's work shop, dismantling for carrying out necessary repairs / renewal of parts of motors or pump and reassembling complete motors/pump sets & depositing the same after necessary repair to site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) New spares/ parts shall be measured & paid separately for unserviceable parts vide BOQ item No 16 to 36 listed here-in-after. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed included of transporting, repair, overhauling and replacement of spares complete. (iii) Submersible pump of make Kirloskar / KSB / Shakti provided at site. M&L for cutting out the burnt existing winding of stator of submersible motor of any make and rewinding with the same size of , copper winding wire, etc as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Straightening only of the slots of stator of submersible motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only thrust bearing with block complete assembly for submersible motor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only worn out gun metal bushes for submersible motor as per manufacturer's design complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC sheathed and PVC insulated, flat, copper conductor submersible cable 3 core of 6 sqmm size, 8 mtr long complete with suitable clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sand guard of submersible motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cable grommet (guard) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water seal complete all as specified and directed.

Complete overhauling of submersible pump by carrying out, balancing of pump shaft and cutting of key slots, repairs to bowl assembly, rethreading of wornout studs holes and provding over size studs with nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Re-metaling of motor shaft, turning to bring it to original size and shape and polishing of shaft of submersible motor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of broken PUMP shaft with new piece, making key slot, grinding to make coupling size, and balancing the rotor complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed included of transporting, repair, overhauling and replacement of spares complete. (iii) Submersible pump of make Kirloskar / KSB / Shakti provided at site. S & F in repair , assy to spare parts of Submersible pump cap.25 HP suitable for 12 stages incluiding bearing, bush, shaft, bowels, thrust bearing, bronze impellers and cashing of pump etc comprising /suitable for directly coupled with motor cast iron body for 250 mm dia borewell multi-stages , complete with suitable end connecting tail piece ,NRV complete all as specified and directed.

S&F In assy to spare parts of Submersible motor capacity 25 HP with Stator incluiding insulated copper winding, rotor, ball bearing, bush, terminal plate and cashing of motor comprising with arrangement of directly coupled with pump cast iron body electric driven 415V, TP along with connecting tail piece, NRV and submersible cable minimum 7.5 RM complete all as specified and directed.

Note for all items of this BOQ: - (i) Contractors special attention is invited that due to being water supply Related work will be executed round the clock including Sunday / holiday. Contractor is required to deploy there repairing team / tools etc as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge through verbal / telephone / WhatsApp’s etc. Contractor is required repair the pump (any type) / starter etc within 72 hours from time of receipt of complain failing which a penalty of Rs 200.00 (two hundred) / hours subjected to maximum of Rs 5000.00 (five thousand) per complain. Engineer-in-Charge is required to maintained documentary evidence of receipt of complain by the contractor. In case any dispute between the contractor & Engineer-in-Charge decision of Accepting Officer will be final & binding.

(ii) Contractor will deploy proper skilled man power for execution of work having ITI with 2 years’ experience or 5 years’ experience for execution of similar type work. Contractor will submit documentary evidence for qualification / experience of the manpower to Engineer-in-Charge.
