Condensor Unit for Minimum Cooling Capacity 19.25 KW system :- SITC of 5.5 TR Capacity Microprocessor based air cooled Condensing Unit Eco Friendly refrigerant (R32/R410A), variable speed , thermastatic expansion valve, multiple scroll/screw compressor, arrangement for operation with Dx type AHU, and suitable for operation on 415+/-10% Volt, 50Hz, 3 PH AC supply with adequate auxilary protection like oil heater with thermostat for prevention of ingress of liquid refrigerent in the compressor piston chamber, over current, HP/LP Cut outs, Power contactors & control logic circuit for periodic operation of working & standby Condenser fans, Compressors and matching condensing units. Outdoor Air cooled Condenser unit shall comprise multi row Copper coil with Aluminium fins and Axial fan as required housed in a sheet metal chamber with adequate ventilation as OEM standard. [ Major OT -2W+2S] (Make:General/ Hitachi / Voltas/ Daikin/ Bluestar/Carrier/ Mitshubishi Electric) No extra shall be payable for refrigerant gas & transportation/ shifting work.
Air Handling Unit - SITC of site assembled type modular double skinned construction with continuous insulation with thermal break. The AHU enclosure's outer & inner Skin layer of 0.6 mm or higher & outer skin has to be polymer coated and insulation panel should be made of thermal break profile - PUF insulation with thickness of at least 40mm or better. Extrating stale air @ 300 CFM with the arrangement of VCD and injection of fresh air @ 300 CFM with VCD and mixing chamber for return air and fresh air with 03 (Three) stage filtration system (Prefilter having efficiency (EU - 4/MERV7) 90% down to10 micron, Fine Filter having efficiency 99% down to 3 micron (MERV-14 (Make - FMI/ Spectrum/ Thermi) and HEFA filter MERV-17 0.3 Micron for Inlet including UV lamp of suitable rating for each of the air discharge of condition space as well as injection of fresh air and emmission of stale air as per direction of EIC. The AHU Coil to be with hydrofolic coating. The AHU Fan assembly should be either motor directly coupled with Impeller or Belt driven as per OEM standard suitable for air velocity range 7.3 - 8.2 ft./Sec through the multi-layer 12 mm - 19 mm dia Copper tubes with Alluminium Fins (as per OEM standard). There should be AHU fans of Forward/ Backward Curve, with discharge not less than 2200 CFM, compatable for 415V, 50 Hz supply continuous duty Class IE 1 (Make for Fan Unit - Nicotra/ Kruger/ Caryaire) (Make for Motor - Crompton / Kirloskar/ NEC/ ABB/ Siemens). External Static pressure will be within 10 - 20 mm Wg. (Make : Zeco / System Air/ Edgetech) (AHRI/EUROVENT CERTIFIED) (For Major OT -4)
