M&L Virified Ceramic tiles Dark shade, mat finish, 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and ointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills laid over and including 15mm thick backing layer in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre polished chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over cement screed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and as directed.
