S&F aluminium window as per TD drg No CEDZ/TD-316 with following specifications :- (i) Outer frame of size 40mmx114mm with 1.3 mm thickness, corner 45 degree cut & aluminium welded. (ii) Center mullion of size 40mmx65mm (iii) Welded shutter (02 Nos) of size 40mmx60mmx1.3mm thickness 45 degree cut mechanically joint with 6mm allen key bolt clamp with 5mm clear glass both side IPDM rubber gasket metal body hand lever type single point lock, aluminium kobra hinges 2 Nos per shutter. (iv) 12mm SS 202 grade round bar safety grill at 100mm cc distance modified to 150mm cc distance in fron of handle, welded at both ends with 6mm SS 202 grade round bar. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic light shed Coloured tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n exceeding 0.36sqm in floors/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl removing tiles to defence land and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified.

Ditto as item No. 29 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dados with and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 as in backing coat complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured non skid ceremic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/reactangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jounted in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl removing tiles to defence land and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceremic tiles sizes 450x300x7mm thk tiles on vertical surfaces , such as skirting/dado ,incl 10 mm rendering in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finished rough all as specified.
