Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fans, socket or power etc) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches ,ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, sockets , light fitting etc , removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls ,floor, etc.

M & L for point wiring for one light /fan point with 1.5 sqmm cable PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded as per IS-694 FRLS cable controlled by one way switch, drawn with PVC casing/caping with all accessorie and PVC Box of suitable size including 1.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductor cable (green colour) PVC insulated and unsheathed for earth continuity connected to common earth dolly for mounting of fittings such as switch, socket and speed regulator all as specified and directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of any size complete and making good disturbed surface of walls/floors etc complete as specified.

M&L for submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 4.0 sqmm (nominal area) drawing through PVC casing caping and 2.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated and unsheathed (green colour) 1100 volts grade for earth continuity conductor and connecting with main earth dolly Note:- (i) 2 runs of 4 sqmm cable and 1 run of 2.5 sqmm single core copper cable and 1 run of non metalic PVC casing capping shall be measured as single run.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electronic 600 x 600x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 m below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth lead 4 mm dia by means of nuts bolts washers etc made out of galvanized iron and GI wire connected to main switch/DB board including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1 3 6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate earth chamber 40mm thick RCC cover type B1 (1 2 4 ) B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 20mm dia GI medium grade protection pipe upto main switch board etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I.

Supply and fix in repair suitable size of factory made bus bar chamber wall mounted 200 Amp capcity with four no copper strip 250 mm length on insulator, provision of 10/16 sqmm cable entry ,colour coading of strip, 2 mm thick MS sheet complete all as directed.

Disconnection of electrical wire from ceiling rose, taking down ceiling Fan of any type/Size and make, dismantling the ceiling Fan, wahsing and removing of old lubricating sub Statance from bearing/bush using Kerosine oil, carying out fresh lubrication using grease and to make the ceiling Fan noise free for smooth funct ioing, including replacement of worn out/unserviceable spares as required, replacement of PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded twin twisted copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm up to 1.0 M long, assembling the repaired ceiling fan and testing to the entire stisfication of engineer in charge and hanging at position, connection with point wiring & testing co mplete. (Replacement of Spares flexible wire etc/rewirding of ceiling fan/shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item for material and labour cost .)

Supply and fixing of louver shutter made of MS sheet metal 1.2 mm thick for round base and 0.8 mm thick for flaps, comprising of mounting legs frames made o MS flat strips of size 25mm x 3mm includidng heavy duty rust proof passivated bolts of size 50 mm long 8 mm dia to be fixed on wall fater driling, and duly painted by two coat of synthatic enamelled paint (spray painting) over a coat of primer for exhust fan up to 300 mm sweep complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of louver shutter made of MS sheet metal 1.2 mm thick for round base and 0.8 mm thick for flaps, comprising of mounting legs frames made o MS flat strips of size 25mm x 3mm includidng heavy duty rust proof passivated bolts of size 50 mm long 8 mm dia to be fixed on wall fater driling, and duly painted by two coat of synthatic enamelled paint (spray painting) over a coat of primer for exhust fan fan 380 / 400 mm sweep complete all as directed.

Cleaning of ceiling fan assembly of any type/size and carrying out two coat of spray painting with first quality synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour, including writing of MES number in black paint all as directed and specified.

Cleaning of exhaust fan assembly of any type/size and carrying out two coat of spray painting with first quality synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour, including writing of MES number in black paint all as directed and specified.

Supply only PVC canopy suitable for ceiling fan of any type/make for both end of down rod including fixing scrws complete all as directed.

Repair to oscillation unit of wall mounted fan including replacement of all wornout components, bearing , lubrication and assembling complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of electronic regulator 400/450 watt step type complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of steel anodized down rod clamps including rubber gromet, bolts,nuts, split pin complete set.for ceiling fan of any type/make.

Taking out/down water heater of any type and capacity at different units and servicing of the same incl cleaning heating element, water pipe, checking of electrical connections, and checking of NRV , safety valve/air release valve etc and refixing of the same after servicing , connecting with inlet and out let water connection and electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs of heating element of Cup type of capacity 1500 W in any type of electric water heater complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed thermostate in replacement suitable for water heater of any type/size complete all as specified and directed.
