Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete, paver block, chequered, endura tiles any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing plaster of any description on brick wall/ concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified and directed.

plain cement concrete 1:4:8, nominal mix, type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, all as specified & directed.

75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2, (40 mm graded stone aggs) as in surface channels and drains , complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of forms or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier hole etc. and getting out, complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 10 hereinbefore but execpt brick

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

10mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over concrete /brick wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

One coat of synthetic enameled paint on old painted stone & concrete surfaces over 10 cm width or girth, including preparation of old surfaces , complete all as specified & directed.

Concrete interlocking pre polished paver block, with grey cement and no pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed

Concrete interlocking pre polished paver block, with grey cement and no pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed

Coloured non skid porcelain tiles exterior grade 300x300x9-10mm thick heavy duty (Endura from Johnson or equivalent) as in floor, set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

Precast kerb stones edging 100mm wide 300mm deep, using factory made precast kerb stones (M-20 concrete) of size 300mm x 300mm x 100mm,(laid with width equal to 100mm) set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made RCC man hole covers, (Medium duty, M-35 Grade) of size 600mm x 1200mm x 100mm with plain faces, including MS frame (thickness not less than 1mm), set in position, as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made RCC man hole covers, (Medium duty, M-35 Grade) of size 500mm x 1000mm x 100mm with plain faces, including MS frame (thickness not less than 1mm), set in position as in repair complete all as specified and directed.
