Charges towards Installation, pressure / leak testing, flushing and commissioning of 4TR vertical Unit, Single Circuit including all indoor to outdoor system using Nitrogen Gas with all accessories, labors etc. as required and as per standard practice and directions of the engineer incharge

Supply & Installation, testing & commissioning of approved Hard/soft Copper refrigerant piping of required sizes for gas (suction) & liquid, from outdoor units to various indoor units with all fitting, supports and clamps Along with copper piping insulations.as per standard procedure and as per directions of the engineer incharge

Supply drawing and laying of standard Communication cable through Hard PVC conduit with all fittings, supports and clamps etc. of appropriate size and approved make as required and as per directions of the engineer incharge.

Supply laying and fixing of Drain pipe of approriate size in hard PVC with all fittings, supports, clamps and insulation etc.of standard make as required for AC drainage system and as per directions of the engineer incharge.

Charges towards extra gas charging (R410 A Gas) for all the AC outdoor units as per the copper pipe length and for the Indoor unit capacity as required including vaccuming etc. as per standard procedure and as directed by the engineer incharge.

Charges towards Loading, Unloading, Lifting, Shifting & Positioning of the outdoor/ Indoor units etc. as per site requirements including all labour, machinery etc. as required and as directed by the engineer incharge

Charges towards freight, project supervision, travelling from factory to site including accomodations etc. and other miscellenious expenses from start to end of the entire project as required

Supply & fixing of MS Stand with Platform & railing etc. as required to support the ac units and other piping materials including welding, labour etc. as directed by the engineer incharge

Charges towards transportation of entire ac project materials from factory to site as required and as directed by the engineer incharge
