Hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge n exc 20 mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to rubble walling Jodhpur Type brought up to squared course.

Key pointing to squared rubble masonry brought upto courses in CM (1:4).

PCC (1:3:6) TYPE C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and other similar bands incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered, angles and waste of form work throating as directed incl necessary form work.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., not exceeding 1.5m high from base including supply of approved earth obtained from Air Force campus or from with Air Force station if approved including excavation and carrying to work site and including surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, bush wood under growth roots, soft/loose soil etc and removing the same etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concerete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggragete in alternate bays all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick Wearproof granolithic metallic hardner concrete as specified in manufacturer instructions (included metallic hardner) and as directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered of wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer in different tints in sigma / camouflaging pattern as approved complete all as specified.

Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified

M & L for preparation new steel surfaces and painting with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

S&F GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste in repairs in patches n exc 5 sq. m each, including taking down old and jointing new to old as required (patches exc 5 sq.m each to be measured as new work) complete all as specified

S&F in repair MS Roller 75 mm dia and thickness 15mm including ball bearing, bush (dia of 15mm & length 70mm ) fixed in channel/guide rail complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MS Roller 85 mm dia and thickness 15mm including ball bearing, bush (dia of 12mm & length 120mm ) fixed in channel/guide rail complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only in repairs bottom wheel made up of mild steel conforming to IS 2062 Fe 410 of 250mm dia 85-100mm thick including necessary cutting of surclip groove, bearing groove and boost groove including necessary hardnening , knurling, fixing only roller bearings (Qty-02 Nos) including necessary welding, drilling and other fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.
