Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor/ plinth protection incl 6mm wide & 15mm deep groove finishes fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed Coloured Ceramic tiles in vertical surface 7mm thick, area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm set and joint in neat cement slury and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete fixed over and including 15mm screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in window cill in single piece, dado and pillar etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over and including 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4, complete including necessary bull nosing of steps comlete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in any position unframed work.

Ditto all as per item no 8.00 herein before, but in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 sqcm in section.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings in any position

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.45mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all incl fixing bracket suitable for galvalume sheet profile complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.80mm thick grade 'O' Plain with 120gm per sqm zinc coating, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings.

M&L for second class hard wood scantling clean swan, timber fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood as in plain fillets. square, rectangular or triangular in section, wrought secured with nails or brads with sectional area exe 6 sqm and not exc 13 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item no 14.00 herein before, but expect battens, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with creosot oil

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of pink primer on newly wooden surfaces of any description over exc 10 Cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old wooden surfaces of any description over exc 10 Cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement/ cement lime plaster of any description incl dado/ skirting of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of stone masonary surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of stone masonary surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough cast plaster over 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on stone/brick masonary wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel work angle iron as in door frame (Chowkhats) including provn of 10mm dia deformed bar welded horizontally to bottom of frame conforming to Fe-290 (Gde 165-E) including preparing back of chowkhat and applying two coats tar and sanding newly tarred surfaces with clean sharp sand complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weight shall be verified by the GE.

S&F hold fast of flat iron conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) including preparing the surfaces & treated with two coats for coaltar & sanded with clean sharp sand complete all as specified & directed

M&L for Mild steel, plain, 1.25mm thick black sheet inhearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkhats (frames); chullah hoods; waters tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets,etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any description not otherwise described over 10 Cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel sliding door bolts 300mm, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 16mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm size cold rolled mild steel butt hinge medium weight all as specified.

Taking down old u/s steel window and S&F Steel window/ ventilator glazed and gauged (combination) with side hung/ top hung shutters incl box type / projecting type hinges, and steel peg stay, handle & locking arrangement and frame made out of 1.25mm thick pressed steel frame complete incl necessary cooler arrangement in window & guard bars all as shown in drg No. CEBZ/TD/14/11 sh No 1/7 to 7/7 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass plain / pin headed, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square nexc 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonary built in CM incl all quions complete all as specifiedand directed

M&L for brickwork with subclass `B` fly ash bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil.

M&L for removing excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part over or under 30cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubberised precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with Grey cement and pigment laid over 25mm avg th sand cushioning all as specified.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in kerbs stone, window or door cills lintels bressumers,steps quoin blocks etc. of any section with plane fair faces,including chamfers, weatherings, throating and necessary excavation etc. and setting jointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing tar felt or of any description including cement plaster or concrete of any thickness from the roof surfaces of building including cleaning the surfaces in all respect & preparing it for further treatment & removing rubbish from site complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for APP polymeric membrane , 2 mm thick having centre core not less 100 micron HMHDPE; outer film 20 micron each, weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen primer conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.40 Kg/Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps as specified & directed.

M&L for 40mm thick (average consolidated thickness) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in slope as in padding, finished even and smooth on existing slope including provision of 'V' shaped groove 6mm wide and 10mm deep at 1.20 metre interval or parts thereof, both ways on top of PCC padding and filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) proportion complete all as spfd and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course / and similar works etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved quality and make confirming to IS.

M&L for Filling under floor including supply only earth from out side MD land spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in roof trusses(framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing(Beam,tee, angle, channel or flat sections)incl distance pieces, cleats, etc conforming to grade Fe-410W-(Gde E-250 Quality A) Note: Weight shall be verified by the GE.

Demolition of RCC Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)
